I have been ordering Subway on the app from this location for the last two years. Utilizing their buy one get one free other deals only available on the app. They no longer use the app at this location and the Apple charge your card and then cancel your order. When I called the restaurant to ask what was going on they said they are open and hung up. Their portion sizes shrink dramatically and a $15 sub is less than a pound. Very sad because they were a good food option you’re the past

Worst subway I have ever been to I went in and had a mobile order today 7/3 @ 740 pm and ask the boy working if he put double meat that i paid for and he lied right to my face and said yes. Worse sub I've ever had

An absolute joke she checked me out in the drive thru and I’ve sat for 10 minutes waiting for my order and still have not gotten it.
Horrible service, girl smoking outside watched me walk in and I stood there for proble 7 minutes so I just walked out, needless to say she just watched me walk out. This subway has gotten horrible in the last year. I will not return and highly suggest stay away from there.

Drove 30 minutes to get food door says closes at 9 p.m. and I get there at 8:40 p.m. and the lazy employees say there closed and refuses to make my sandwich
This place continues to go downhill further and further and the local owner seemingly cares less. Multiple times I’ve ordered on the app at many different locations, and I always order the same thing. Each time I’ve ever ordered here, there is significantly less meat than I’ve ever received. I always pay for extra, and at this location, I never get it. This time just today, I got less than what comes with the regular amount, but yet I was still charged for more. I have turned to leaving a public review because any other time I have left any sort of complaint, my email response from the owner is him stating he reviewed the cameras and I got the correct amount. This time it’s been worse than ever, and I know there is no point in dealing with this little meat having guy since he’s got the complex that little meat is a lot. Absolutely lame and pathetic, and at this point I plan on finding out any other locations he owns and not going to them, highly recommend everyone else not spend or waste your money here, it’s worth it more to go to another location. Most of our “big chain” food selections in Proctorville aren’t great as far as service and/or quality, but this is one of the worst in town and the area. Last time ever going here just because it’s close.

First off when making people’s food, CHANGE YOUR GLOVES!!! I watch the boy working touch cash , the register and stuff and never once changed gloves and continued to make food, next don’t put a whole bottle of sauce on a sub!! And last don’t be going off on a coworker and talking about how nasty subway/your place of work is while there is people in line ! Also bring back sweet onion sauce the sweet teriyaki is gross!

I order breakfast on a Flatbread the man that waits on me is the best. Food is fresh and healthy and delicious.
