Poor time management. I was the only one there when I arrived at 10:17 thinking I would get to work on time (10 minutes away) little did I know it would take 20 minutes to make one burrito. All of them were doing something else OTHER than making my one order. Granted it was good and they got it right (finally), but it sucked being late. There’s always at least ONE problem every time you go here.

Food was great however I had issues with one of the drive thru employees if I’m not mistaken, I believe the name tag said Carter last night they took my order then when they saw me pull up they completely ignored me and shut the door and made the experience very awkward so I just had to sit in my car while someone else took my card I thought it was rude fortunately, the food was all right. I just thought I’d write this so that doesn’t happen in the future

This location can be hit or miss, I think the turnover is too high to get fully trained staff, or the moral of working here is so low the employees don't care.

Went to 3 different taco bells ,b 4 work for a crunch wrap and they dnt even sale breakfast anymore! Disappointing 😞

Taco Bell when a customer ask for sour cream on an item, most that I know would like it in every bite not just one big blob on one end of a burrito, taco. We love the convenience of this Taco Bell and have for the most part had great experiences here. We understand the rush sometimes but the quality of your food going out that window is what pays the bills for your employees and Taco Bell. In my opinion that’s where my management teams focus would be and that would be the number one goal, is quality food not the quantity of cars through the drive thru in a certain amount of time. Just my rant for having to devour one big blob of sour cream.

Excluding the very nice girl with short blue-green hair who made an absent item for me after the kitchen refused, this place is a wash on service. Consistently incorrect orders and/or absent items. The food isn't bad, just hope the wheel of fate gets it into the right bag, if any at all.

I will no longer be taking my business there and will now go across the bridge to 5th avenue Huntington like the old days.

Attempted to order the Tuesday special through the app as it became available. 1st attempt, the order got canceled. Each attempt after that was a message that my order didn't have the necessary item (it was the only item I was trying to order). Did got get any food here, went to Domino's for 50% off pizza.
