It’s a quick trip downstairs under the winery to see this cave, but it’s so worth it. The ceilings and walls and everything are just completely made of these pointed crystals, it’s truly like nothing else I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. They aren’t lying when they say it’s stepping down into an enormous geode. Don’t expect a long cavernous twisty turny cave to explore, it’s not that kind of cave, but it really is something to see anyways?
Very cool but very small.
Neat experience.
Cool geode, great grape juice
The geode is cool, but it's kind of pricey for a few minutes in the cave.
For the winery, they have a selection of local wines. The meat and cheese trays are a good size for $15. They're already made up, so if you make up your mind on wine and charcuterie quickly, you won't have to wait long.
The counter where you order looked very busy and a bit of a madhouse , but the service was fast and we were out in the wine garden in no time at all.
It's a lovely shady area with tables where you can enjoy the wine and food.
Scam! Smallest cave ever. Not worth your money.
I see why they give you a free sample of wine considering the older lady at the front desk was so beyond rude. Not just to me and my family, but everyone she interacted with. A woman with a family and an infant was letting the woman know she was going outside to feed her baby and the older woman said “well I don’t know why you can’t feed the baby inside” with the worst attitude. How does she know the woman doesn’t breast feed?? So disgusting. The tour guide spoke so fast I could barely understand her and I have half a mind to believe she was drunk (I would be too if I had to work there). The crystal cave was one single room. Absolutely not worth it. Try the cave across the street instead. Do better
Beautiful, but expected more.
The tour is short, but very, very cool.
If you get the opportunity, do the winery tour as well. I'm not much of a wine consumer, or into alcohol, really, but it was so fascinating. If you want some island vibes and history, it's a must.
Ok, it's small and they jam too many people inside to actually enjoy.

The cave is actually the world's largest known geode and you can walk around and stand inside. Sort of a small circular walk around the center after some steep stairs down. Nice and cool (temperature wise) inside.
We did the winery tour, crystal cave, and free tasting (of 1 wine). The cave was quaint, the shop was quirky, fun, and the whole space had personality. If I was to describe it as a person, I'd say it's like that friend from highschool that you would chat with during class and would high five when you walked past them, but never spoke to them again after graduation. Would recommend
Fun spot
Absolutely beautiful tour & excellent milestone to check off (being inside the world's largest geode, and seeing the world's largest celestite crystal)!
This cave is so unique because once you get to the bottom of the stairs you are actually inside the biggest geode in the world! We were able to walk behind the stairs and crystals are everywhere. A section of the geode has been removed and is on display at the Smithsonian Museum. Then, we toured the winery itself and learned how the wine has been made for years, including a small sample.
