Not the Same Quality — Bad Experience the Second Time

We ordered the exact same thing yesterday and today — two large pizzas, one pepperoni and the other half pepperoni, half bacon. Yesterday’s pizza was decent, and the kids actually enjoyed it enough to want it again today, even though I wanted to try a different restaurant.

Unfortunately, today’s pizza was a whole different story — and not in a good way. Within hours, our entire family ended up with stomach issues. Everyone had to use the restroom multiple times (3–4 times each), and that’s just not normal. I could tell something was off just by looking at the pizza: the crust didn’t look or feel right, and if you’re a true pizza lover, you know what I mean — when the pizza appearing is just off, you can tell right away.

Also, the outdoor seating area isn’t enjoyable if you’re not drinking. Most of the people there seem to just hang out for alcohol, and the food feels like an afterthought. I’m honestly tired of the fake hype some of these places push just because it’s on Put-in-Bay. It’s like they’re trying too hard to be some version of Key West, Florida — but it’s not.

We won’t be back. Disappointed that the quality wasn’t consistent and even more upset that it made our whole family sick. That should never happen with food.

Great food for a great price. Not too greasy either, my entire family was extremely happy with it. They also have a really cool atmosphere with the fire engine bar.

We called to order pizza and we were a little nervous after the person on the phone was less than friendly. Once we went to pick up the pizza we found out he was the only person there and a little overwhelmed! The pizza was really good and cooked great. The chicken was good. Definitely would order from again!

Did not have any food but people around us said it was good. Had cocktails at the fire truck bar..service and drinks were excellent!! The fire truck was so cool...loved the set up!!!

Worst pizza I've ever had!! Pictures they posted are deceiving!! I had frozen pizza better than this!!

Very good pizza, not the best but it’s definitely fresh made by hand. Additionally, it’s priced very good especially here on the island!

Paid extra for extra cheese; presented with a very skimpy amount. Asked them to add extra cheese as paid for; there was no notable difference when it was picked up and they were rude at pickup. I do NOT recommend this place.
