Security is terrible they just attack women and try to choke guys who are doing nothing, it seems they’re all foreigners who are hot headed, they allowed a man to grope multiple women and then attacked the wrong person.

If you are black you will be profiled. Two nights in a row it was my experience. I went here to celebrate my brother’s bachelor party. We were told by the front door security just don’t get into fights as we were entering. The second day we were not allowed in because we were “the group of guys”. Which was a total shock because we did not have any problems, spent money and tipped the bartenders. The manager then comes down and says we are not “the guys” and we could come in. Then security comes out and yells to everyone in line and says we have some people messing things up, referring to me and my brothers at the door. At this point we walked away and did not feel welcomed. This is unfortunate and I hope they won’t treat anyone else the way they treated us.

I've never experienced something like this before, and I've never made a review before but my mind is just blown how we were just treated. The staff were completely rude. Not just to us but almost everyone coming in and out. I get it, you guys are a secure place, but there should be absolutely no reason for the security to be slamming people to walls for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous. Thank you for ruining our first experience here!

Ok. The place is rather dated and does have a bit of a smell....but it was not as bad as some of the reviews. On island for work and it is the off-season. It was quiet. Lots of water pressure. Front desk closes at night which was weird. I might consider looking elsewhere next time. This place is perfect for drunk weekend parties...

We didn’t have a great experience. They have no elevator. Night one, had no air conditioning, room extremely uncomfortable. Old outdated rooms. I let front desk know on Saturday AM. SAT 730PM anxious to enjoy swim up bar/hot tub. While I was changing into suit at 730 pm they closed pool.I walked out to check if it closed & door our closed. We werelocked out of room. Went to get a card key to get back in. Front desk, Axle, GAVE us a set of KEYS. I inserted & turned & it broke with no pressure at all. Went immediately back to front desk to be told it wasn’t a room key but GOLF cart keys!!!! Then we were given new card key and we got in room. Shortly later Axle appeared at room door confronts me & calls me stupid for not knowing that key didn’t go to my room & why is my card declining? Earlier in day I’d lost my card on island and had to cancel it. they were trying to automatically charge my credit card $300!! For the broken key! They forced us to remove 300 in cash were rude, intimidating & THEY were the ones who gave us a golf cart keys! Furthermore, we didn’t even have a cart. So it took 2 bouncers & 2 men running front desk. One named Axle with curly hair. Btw I’m 5’2” disabled lady. I was afraid all night. In AM I went to desk, he was still working. Glaring at us. I asked to see mgr. none on duty, was to, d they wouldn’t be in til afternoon but owner was on site. We met owner who said it’s end of season. They don’t normally act that way. No acknowledgment of how much they scared us, intimidated us and he refused to credit us for night lost. We left hotel and island a day early. This experience ruined our visit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Beware of charges and intimidating men working at night. Very SCARY!

I spent a few hours at this bar/club with several female friends. The DJ was AWESOME. The atmosphere had cool lighting and was very spacious as the entire room is used for dancing, not just the stage area. The bartenders served us quickly. My only complaint was the $25 credit card minimum.
Staff were a bit rude and drinks were pricey plus $25 credit card minimum!?$5 cover charge was not worth it. Very crowded at times and the floor was constantly sticky and drinks were spilled on me multiple times … not my kind of fun but maybe for others?

Do not go to this club. When my friends and I went for a Bachelorette it was over capacity and the security were not doing their jobs. We had to notify security that a guy was choking his girlfriend. There were drinks spilled all over the floor that caused me to fall and dislocate my knee. When we tried to leave the front door, we were denied and told to go another way out. This location had horrible service and security and there are plenty of other bars on the island that are worth your time and money.
