Mist Pool Bar Put in Bay

Right outside of a hotel, we found parking a golf cart to be limited parking. Expect to walk without shade. We couldn't stay long because we were on the hunt for food, first. But I absolutely loved the atmosphere when I walked in. The music was contemporary and fit the mood for day drinking at poolside. Extremely clean facility and pools with stair access for those who might have difficulty getting in and out of a swimming pool. There were multiple levels of bars which are stair access only. Although bar foods like hot dogs or pizza were minimal at certain times of day. They did not serve a lunch menu. Which is why we didn't stay.

The bar had quite the menu to offer along with the drink prices listed. Everybody who worked there were extremely friendly. And the bar area was extremely clean and kept up. I like the idea of 21 and older. That way I didn't have to fight to relax with a bunch of little kids splashing around with shenanigans. I felt coming here would be a great place to sit down and enjoy my stay without somebody else's kids ruining it for me.

You could bring in a wheelchair or an electric wheelchair. But you would be placed poolside, and would have no access to be inside the pool. Shaded patios / lounge areas were limited, but provided on a first-come first-served basis.

As much as I wanted to go back to this bar, my group had other plans and I had to tag along with them.

Everywhere and pool are clean enough on everyday. But, If the customers cant stand cramped personal space, they probably suffer from that because pool is too crowded on saturdays which in the season being in the summer.

This hotel was disgusting!! First off it was like a bait and switch with the nasty "second building" that is so old, dated, and disgusting!!! The bed was comparable to the worst pullout couch mattress I've ever seen. There were dead bugs all over the walls, and a nasty smell in the room. The shower temperature was awful and kept changing on its own. They charged us for things we didn't purchase. Do not stay in this hotel!!!!

I enjoyed our stay , hotel placed anniversary card , and treated my husband and I very nice. Room was clean, I seen ants but it was OK I enjoyed the hotel and hot tub the water was hot like I like it ? thank you we enjoyed our anniversary ❤️

I've stayed here before and it was up to pretty much what you'd expect from a PIB Hotel. However, this time they assigned me to a room behind the pool in the separate building which is not part of the main building. This room type is *SIGNIFICANTLY* inferior and yet they charge the same price for this type of room. It is tiny and extremely outdated. A Motel 6 room would have been far superior to this room. Had I known I would have been assigned a room back there, I would absolutely not have booked it and would have stayed elsewhere. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room right along the back alley by the dumpsters so you're constantly greeted with the stench of dumpster juice (that leaks across the street) all day. Also, I know it was late season but they list their pool hours as opening at 10AM and both days they were not open until atleast Noon. I would have otherwise not left this review as it's PIB and we barely intend to be in the room for any meaningful time, but this place went out of it's way to be actively aggravating. My expectations were very low and I was shocked they still somehow managed to come up short!

I have stayed in almost all the hotels on the island. They are all about the same, I haven't found one that has stood out or been cleaner than others. Kelly & Sue were very friendly and helpful when booking and checking in. I saw others complain about cleanliness. Our room was clean and tidy. That is what matters the most to me. The bathroom could use some updating and wasn't great but again it was clean. We needed a place to crash after Bash in the Bay and this served the purpose. Overall not the best hotel, but not bad for PIB standards. It was clean but needs some updates!

I haven’t been here in over a decade and tried to have an open mind about staying again. This place is disgusting. I have bug bites on my feet. There was no water pressure in the shower. I couldn’t wait to come home and feel clean again. Stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Not to mention there was almost no light in the room with the shower and toilet. Doors slammed all night long. I know it’s a party island but I didn’t sleep either night because of the doors slamming. Fire alarm went off for a half hour at 1am. The floors were FILTHY. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. The only redeeming qualities were the pizza window and the MTV Classics channel on the tiny tv, and the fridge. We left a day early. Charging what they charge with a minimum of nights, they have some audacity. Just gross.

Tried to plan part of my besties Bach party here. Had contacted Jason months before & was told I had reserved a cabana. Gave him my credit card info & everything. When we got there we were told we didn’t make a reservation. When I called Jason he said “he never messes up” offered us a couch in return then after said we overbooked his place & couldn’t have the couch. Jason blamed us for him not making a reservation. There are many pool bars on the island I would suggest going somewhere else. Horrible service. If you want to be told as the guest you messed up then go ahead & go there.
