We got in on a Wednesday at 7pm and this was literally the only option for food. There were two other bars open, but for food, this was it. Good food too!

We went in there at 3pm on a Saturday and sat there for half an hour and not one waitress acknowledged us at our table. There was like 6 tables in the room we were in and 2 waitresses. They were not overly busy and yet nobody waited on us.
So we left and went to Hooligans and we're waited on right away and the waitress was very nice.

AWFUL! We entered and there was only one other table. She seated us and our table was sticky and there was a legit hair stuck onto the table. We just got up and left didn’t even order drinks.

A time capsule but that's not an issue for me! They tell you to never judge a book by it's cover and with this place you really can't. As a vegetarian it is difficult for me to get anything other than pizza or salad. Tippers offers a variety of food that I can eat. I ordered the Alfredo and wow was I impressed. You get a small hint of whipping cream but it is very rich and creamy. The after taste of the whipping cream just adds to the fact that the chef is not just using the jar stuff, but actually making it from scratch! Overall delicious!!

Staff was kind, friendly, and brought ice water for our dog. We dined outside, and they kindly allowed our dog on the patio. Excellent service, kind staff and pretty good food.

My steak meal was obviously heated up in a microwave. It was so dry. No flavor. Potatoes wasn't even freshly cooked either. Very disappointed.

This place is completely outdated. Biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were hard with no flavor. Chips were stale for the tasteless spinach dip. Rest of food was tasteless as well. Waitress was absent at best. Bathroom was gross and needs a deep clean. Should have known not to eat here when we walked in and only a handful of people were here. For the prices you pay and it being Put-In- Bay you expect a lot more.
