This location cannot properly mix a blizzard. 3 times now we have ordered large blizzards and all the candy/mixings are at the bottom. If I order a chocolate blizzard, and the top 2/3 is vanilla, it was improperly mixed. I called last summer about the issue, they replaced my blizzards and same issue. Months later same issue. Never getting blizzards here again… I’ll drive to a different one and let it melt on the way home before I go here

This Dairy Queen is under new management and has not changed for the the better. The blizzards are not well made and there is far too much candy in there, so much candy it was disgusting and not enjoyable to eat. Please do better

Tried to go through the drive thru 20 mins before they close, and they said they were closed but when we pulled around out front every single worker was sitting there on their phones. Horrible service.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was basically vanilla ice cream with 2 small drops of hot fudge.

After that response I will not be back.

Came in to get a little sweet treat with my love. Saw a sign on the drive through window that said “DQ, More Like Eat You” Which i thought was very inappropriate at first glance. Therefore I asked the worker what it meant to which he responded with a blank face.

Well I will never be returning here again after the rudeness of the owner having the nerve to call my son in law a liar because their staff is so not blaming the employees but then not honoring the promise of a refund I'd rather him drive the extra time and go to the one in Kent or hartville

The drive through is always backed up, mainly because the team doesn't work well together. You see 3 people standing around, messing around, and talking while one person is trying to work. I also was in line for over 10 min when there was 2 cars. Everyone standing around I ordered one blizzard. The store is nice and the food is good. But the employees are lazy

Very upset and frustrated. When I was handed my 4 blizzards they were melting everywhere and the lids were broken. It got all over the interior of my truck! The sad part is they already put napkins underneath the cups knowing that I was going to receive it like that through the drive thru. UNACCEPTABLE the kids that are working today around 5 need more training. VERY BAD!
