I've always had good experiences here. I noticed some other reviewers saying they were upset that they couldn't order off the full menu at five until close; I guess common courtesy is dead, because I've always been told not to walk into a place right before they close and order something complex. It's just inconsiderate to the workers. Don't do that and you'll be fine. LOL.

I am extremely disappointed, not satisfied at all!! I ordered a Blizzard cake and spent $29.99 and when I served it to my guests found it was Not a Blizzard cake. I do not like the regular DQ cake… not happy at all.

This Dairy queen is absolutely amazing they are so many very polite staff and this bussiness is very clean. I have seen some of the reviews but I will say the new owner goes way beyond to make his bussiness very nice. He is the nicest person you will meet he very respectful and treats his employees great. I recommend coming here and you wont be disappointed at all.I can promise you if they mess up on something they will always be up to fixing it and making it right.

I came there all my life. I refuse to ever spend my money there again! Your employees refused to take my order, at 5 till close. Said i had to get a cone, cause god forbid your lazy employees have to clean again. You refused my order. You'll never get my money again! Go to vances!

Mocha moolatte tastes nothing like it should. I ordered a classic hot dog with ketchup and onion. I watched them take it directly from the microwave into a bag. I personally wasn't expecting scalding hot ketchup and raw onion on top of my hot dog and asked for it to be made plain with the ketchup and onion on the side and for whatever reason they made it the exact same way again so I took the $2.50 loss and left without it. I didn't think plain hot dog ketchup on side was too advanced of a request but I wasn't waiting any longer to be disappointed further. Glad I don't live around here anymore to have this location as the only close option.
This DQ used to be great but new owners took over and this DQ has to be the worst in the area. Don’t waste your money here! Employees need training and proper etiquette classes. They are very rushy and rude, if they acknowledge you at all. My last few orders have been wrong, missing items, and sub par at best. There are numerous reviews pertaining to blizzards; not being properly mixed, consistency, and toppings…I can attest that I’ve also experienced the same issues.The owner should have to forfeit his franchise rights until further training or sell to someone more competent. It’s sad to see this business failing the community that supported it for many many years. And I’m certain, just like with all the other reviews here, I’ll get some lame auto generated response of an impersonal apology and hopes to see my patronage soon. Well, rest assured that my return to your ineptly run business will not ever happen until positive changes occur within your establishment.

Didn't get my order right and when I told them what needed corrected I was told it would be an extra charge! How about you listen to what the customer orders and ring it up right and make it right! Very incompetent workers at this store, y'all lost a customer, I'll drive out to Streetsboro DQ from now on! Y'all suck!
