We always go to Vances, they've never disappointed in their ice cream and service. But tonight we took our 9u boys baseball team there, with one worker and she did amazing!!! She was calm, patient and held it together busting out their orders left and right. 10/10 recommend this place and she deserves to be recognized!
Great family owned business!
Has a real old school kind of vibe to it that I love. And we've never had a bad experience here. The ice cream is always delicious and everyone is also very nice and courteous.

If you want amazing quality ice cream Vance's is your place to go!!! It is family owned and operated! The owners daughter and son work the Ravenna location and they are amazing people will seriously go above and beyond for whatever you need!!!
