Called tonight due to the poor service, long wait and incorrect order only to be offered a sandwich that was already made that I didn’t order and wouldn’t even eat for free for the inconvenience. I suggested instead a discount on the correct order instead and the manager on duty declined and even wished to charge me 65 cents extra for a side of sauce. Now if that isn’t great customer service. Rude attitudes. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
After trying to calmly and understandingly express my disappointed in my online experience with one of their coupons, I was hung up on, by A MANAGER, but not before she was extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else for pizza. Whether that was the solution or not, you lack tact and professionalism and I, along with my family will travel for pizza from now on when you are literally across the street.
