I’m emailing about a wreck-less delivery driver. On October 1 at around 8:45pm a fully badged Domino’s vehicle was driving carelessly on Galbraith Road and almost rear ended a vehicle getting on to I75 north. He had the right turn signal on the whole time he was driving, the radio was blaring and when we pulled up behind him at Vine street the car was moving up and down. The car had a number 28 on the right rear bumper and it looked like a Volkswagen Jetta. It looked like the delivery was to Williamsburg Apartments. This is totally unacceptable. Plus why don’t you answer your phone……

I ordered pizza it didn't have the correct toppings on it so when I called them to tt a manager no one ever got on the phone. They just hung up. I would not order from this location.

This is by far the best Dominos out there always frrsh, accurate everytime, I had maybe one order wrong in a year of ordering from here and that is to be expected, This is how a food place is to be ran, so restaurants take notice, if anybody has payed attention fast food has gotten awful lately. I dislike going to grab food anymore the attitude the wait, the disgusting dirty tables,

This review is from the prospective of someone who always orders carry out. I’ve been going to this location for several years now. The food has always been correct and tastes great and the staff are all extremely friendly and very fast behind the counter. The building itself is older and a little small but always clean so I never mind coming in. I look forward to coming here for many more years!

This isn’t exactly a review. But more of an annoyance due to employee negligence. I tried calling my local Dominos to get help, but no one ever answered the phone. My doorbell camera caught footage of two separate deliveries to my address even though I never ordered food. Both were within an hour or two of each other. Fortunately the first delivery driver realized they were at the wrong address. I could see them look at the receipt for the order, and actually figure out that they were at the wrong house. But unfortunately, the second delivery person never did any of this. Instead, they just placed the food on my front porch. They didn’t even ring the doorbell and wait for a response. To make the matter more frustrating, I was out of town during the incident. I imagine the order would’ve been placed at the local Dominos (Reading location), but I’m unable to verify that. When I received the notification from my doorbell, I tried calling this location at least three times. Two of the times, no one answered, and my call was then rejected. The third time I was directed to who I assume was a customer support representative. They directed my call to the same Dominos, but that call was also rejected/unanswered. The area I live in is no stranger to stray cats, or other nocturnal wildlife. So you can imagine what state my front porch was in when I returned home. Cleaning food scraps and torn pizza box trash off my front porch definitely wasn’t how I planned spending my time today after returning from my trip. Like I mentioned before, I can’t be certain that the order was delivered from the Reading location. But I think it’ll be tremendously helpful if delivery drivers can verify the delivery address before leaving unattended food on a random doorstep. My property has two separate sets of numbers that are displayed on the front of my house to help identify the address. So I’m clueless as to what could’ve caused this confusion, unless the actual customer gave the wrong address for their delivery. I’ve also included a still photo from yesterday when the food was left on my porch. And a still from today when I had to clean my porch - showing the mess caused by animals overnight

Ordered online at 9:30 pm to pick up. Lobby pickup and pay. Lobby was closed. Went to window to be told they hadn't even started the order. It would be another 15-20 minutes. I asked why and he saidbI am the only one here. Terrible management. Too many other pizza options to be treated this way. My last time with Dominos, that's for sure.

I just placed an order at Dominos Reading and I received someone elses order. I returned it to the driver before he left and I do not have my order. I would like it remade because he admitted he left it at another home. I cannot get anyone to answer at this location to deal with this issue. This is not good!
SALADS ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE! I could not believe the price for a garden salad. They charge per salad dressing packet, none come with the salad, extra $2 charge.the stuffed crust is advertised as parmesan stiffed crust but has mozzarella inside and parmesan sprinkles on top! The pizzas were sub par and the bread bites were hard.

Never had a complaint about this place till today,I live .05 miles from this store I have ordered many times before and I always tip even when I go in myself, well my girl ordered tonight and forgot to put a tip on the bill, tipping is not mandatory I move furniture for a living and I don't get tipped on every job, long story short dude really had the nerves to tell me forgot to put a tip on there that if we could tip him like bro you drove 4 minutes with a pizza and a cheese bread that was it , kinda of disappointed about this incident.
