I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn't look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald's! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don't like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station... I'll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn't order! Again, such nice people!

In the drive thru they gave me very dark greasy soggy chicken strips. They were almost stone code. I want sure they were safe to eat and was back at my desk by then so I tossed them.

The worst management I've ever come across. The second manager who was unnecessarily rude over an order misunderstanding. Talking purposely loud enough both at the pay window ( fixing my order) and at the second window where they hand your food, said both times get her out of my line! I asked for condiments I clearly didn't get and she said they were in the bag as they clearly weren't to the point I handed them the bag to look for themselves. You all get many complaints over your very rude and lazy people do better McDonald's I'd say y'all are loosing a lot of money due to loosing customers due to this behavior. Praying for them because obviously their lives are very sad to treat total strangers who are nothing but nice in that manner. As well as the poor regular employees who have to deal with this because if they treat customers that way, God only knows how y'all treat your workers. GET BETTER ATTITUDES MANAGERS! Stop taking your lives out on the innocent!
