As someone who worked at this store for several years was a manager there Im begging you guys to explain to me what's going on with your first shift? Why do you have so many managers yet 2 are always doing all the work working 10-12 hours go home for 6-8 hours come right back in do it again 6-7 days a week, you have a manager working over 100 hours a week...one week over 100 hours not even the second week? Making this same manager do truck and run shift at the same time? Which isn't even possible to do correctly have Penny come in then see why it's scheduled that way... Then ignoring all requests off scheduling no managers when those requests are pretending to be given so they have to work anyway ,no communication GM can't answer texts from her own managers or calls. Was considering coming back and working there again but no way with Yolanda as GM seeing how the crew and managers get treated. How do you have a prep person yet overnight still has to do it all or they get fired according to Yolanda how is someone supposed to do food safety be upfront help the crew out be able to give a finger and roll burritos when you literally have a person specifically to do that on first or have multiple maintenance people take them off second put them on first don't have them do maintenance then and second has to do it...how does that make sense? Quiet literally nothing about this store makes sense anymore with Jon it did but Yolanda? She's running your store into the ground if you pay attention to anything she's doing the schedules they put out the truck orders how many crew instantly got suspended fired or quit when she came to that store. If you can't see she's setting people up to make them quit or fire them you aren't paying any attention to your store. You want to buy more stores actually pay attention not just see they got everyone and more on the shift when they know someone from the office is coming in but any other time they're struggling. Can't change the teflon's can't do food safety a good chunk of the time or put in waste who ever is making that schedule both manager and crew need to seriously look at what they're doing before printing that shit out it's a hot mess. I get this all sounds bad but I'm actually trying to help. Giving her vacations constantly while the store is consistently getting worse is just funny it's rewarding bad behavior.

The food came out quickly. Everything was nice at the front of the house. Customer service was great. Didn’t really have any complaints until I went to the bathroom. I’ll leave the pictures to explain that.

Talked to a manager named Tiffany yesterday because my breakfast sandwich wasn't correct she told me to come back the next day to have it replaced because I was at work and couldn't get it right away. Well I sent my bf thru the drive thru to get the sandwich and she is saying she never talked to me.

Drive thru, big mac suffered from shrink-faltion. Frys hot and fresh. Meal was under $10 but the size of the big mac was just too small. I have had pepperoni slices bigger than these 2 all beef patties.

My orders are wrong 90% of the times I come here. I work close by and don’t have much time to go elsewhere. Else I wouldn’t even come for lunch. I have had double quarter pounders with only one patty, the messiest mcchickens and spicy mc spicy’s and other sandwiches, and where I draw the line is if the caramel macchiato is mixed at the time it’s served. It should not be this way. If you can’t serve a proper macchiato you should go work elsewhere. I did not ask for a MIXED caramel macchiato, it should look like the picture.The crew is also lacking and dropping the ball with semi-rude snappy responses, I have waited in there for over 30 minutes for meals. This place is a joke. Shitty service and employees can’t get it right. Place needs a complete revamp.

I shouldn’t have any stars the night shift workers say they can’t work for 20 minutes to not attend and they spend the shift like this is a lack of respect and seriousness for customers, they should change the policies or stop saying that it’s a service for that time or adjust the supervision I promise to escalate this since it’s not the first to

I picked up my breakfast order today and was immensely disappointed in the quality. I had onions on my steak and cheese bagel, when I had requested none. On top of that ..the inside of my bagel was burnt...I mean BLACK burnt...very disappointed. See picture

Every Bagel i get from this place is stale. Iced coffee is incorrect at least half of the time, all i ask for is extra cream. This morning I had them remake it, and the manager even said, "hes always messing your food up". Then when she handed me the remade food, it was incorrect with no hashbrown, straw, or any napkins.
I cant go here any more, the quality of the food is so terrible and its so expensive for what it is. As a night shift worker, my options for food just got smaller. Thanks for for the awful service mcdonalds, it only cost me $9.34
