I came in to order 2 things and was the only one waiting to place an order in the restaurant. I was told by a woman that looked like a shift lead or manager I had to use the kiosk. It did not take cash and she would not ring me out but said I had to use the drive thru because of their staff shortage . This is just ridiculous she could have rung me out in literally one minute. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a few items one of them was a large fry which was free through the mobile app. I received the fry and the container was half full I handed back to the drive-thru person and before I could explain why I didn't want them they said some of the fries spilled in the bag which they did not. So they took the box of fries I guess they filled the rest of the Box up with more fries. I park in the McDonald's parking lot take a bite of the fries that are on the top they are old, when I get toward the bottom of the Box they are fresh hot. So they should have just thrown that entire box away and give me a whole fresh order I was not pleased with that.

It’s decent if your wanting something quick but it just depends on the time your eating , don’t go at night you might get food poisoning but the morning shift is pretty professional i eat here

This McDonald's generally has faster service times, fewer mistakes, and a cleaner dining area than most. I visit mostly in the morning to pick up food for nyself and coworkers and I rarely have to wait long or run into any mistakes with my orders.
