We wanted to love the cake tasting for our wedding (my cousin had recently used them it was great) - we are planning out of state so I reached out ahead of time to ask the best way to do tasting and appointment while we were in town visiting. I felt like I was inconveniencing the person we worked with from the start and they were rude at every interaction (email, phone and in person to my fiancé when we picked up our tasting box) :( we still wanted to try to make it work but then our cake tasting box was flavorless and dry. We decided it was worth the extra money to go with another vendor.

It was just ok. They did copy the picture as far as decorating the cake and thats the 3 stars. The cake itself wasn't great. For a 200.00 cake the expectation was for it to taste great. We ate some the night of the dinner but it didn't get finished. I threw away 1/3 of it. I was really disappointed. I've paid less for more and more for more but this is the first time I've ever paid more for less. My first and last time.

Tres Belle made us a beautiful cake for our wedding that was equally as delicious as it was pretty! We also did an assorted dessert bar from Tres Belle which was a huge hit with out guests. You cannot go wrong with any of their treats. They were easy to work with and did not disappoint! Thank you Tres Belle!

Went in for a run through for my wedding cake. Took my fiancé and mom. The woman was extremely dismissive of my fiancé’s suggestions and would only talk to me. My mom was furious! As she should be. We took our business elsewhere. The mother of the bride and fiancé matter too!

The black raspberry chocolate chip is one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. We ordered it for our wedding and for the last seven years, we’ve ordered an anniversary cake for $10. Unfortunately, we called Tres Belle last week and learned the anniversary cake has increased by 600% to $60. The new policy lets a former client purchase a first anniversary cake for $20. Every year thereafter is $50 or higher. Tres Belle came under new management in 2022 and initiated this customer dis-satisfier. They tarnished their brand for an extra $50.

They were so sweet and communicated easily. My daughter's birthday cake was absolutely perfect! Everybody complimented it, and it tasted amazing!! I'll be going here for any other family events if I need quality cake.
