White Castle is special. I appreciate having this chain in my city because I know they're not everywhere, and I know people crave the sliders or are very curious about them if they've never tried them before.
This location in Reading does such a great job of making flavorful food served fast and with a smile. My fave White Castle in Cincinnati!! Cheers to the hard-working staff here who fill bellies and make people happy all day long ❤️

I changed my review,because the service has been very slow and the drive through male/she is very rood and not very appealing in customer service, I won't be back I'm scared the food may be tainted now with the looks we get here,good luck on that.

OK I will say the sandwiches were very good but them hasbrowns were gross hard as hell & old oil is what they was cooked in. On top of sitting in drive thru for over 15 mins for a little bit of food!!

This place has severely changed! I haven’t been here in many years but when I came back the service was terrible and the food was terrible. Mayer of fact much about this and surrounding areas there is terrible.
Waiting 15+ minutes in the morning for food to not get anything because I actually have good work ethic and refuse to be late for work. Joke establishment with joke of employees. Can I bill you for wasting my time?

Last time I visited this place was over a year ago. They had forgotten a sack of mozzerella sticks. Tried to go back 2 weeks ago, and sat in the drive through for over 10 mins before leaving bc nobody wanted to take an order. Went today to get my craving satisfied, and evidently they can’t count either. I asked for 10 cheese sliders and got 8, as well as a sack of 10 mozzarella sticks, and only got 8 of those. Worst White Castle ever. If you’re having a craving, take the time to go up to the sharonville one. The buns and burgers taste fresh and they have way better friendlier service. I shoulda learned my lesson, but I wanted to try and give them a chance, but now we know for sure.

Ordered DoorDash from here and got impossible sliders, but they were all beef sliders and when I called to rectify the situation they hung up multiple times, when asked them to send me a receipt, none of these employees have any business working in food service, this is ridiculous, ate meat for the first time in three years and made me extremely ill, just order from somewhere else this place is disgusting.
Vegetarian options: Options are there, employees just don’t know how to do their jobs lol.
