Just had one of the worst experiences at Burger King on Broad Street…..
I couldn’t even get one meal fully ordered before she would say “what else”. I had to repeat myself like 4 times because she kept cutting me off.
Then when we got to the window, she reached for my card without telling me my total. Then when I was putting my debit card away she tried to hand me a drink and because I didn’t take it fast enough she got louder and said “here you go”....read full review

This is the 3rd time I've had problems with this Burger King location. This time the boilers apparently are broken and they cannot make the food yet they are still taking online orders and taking people's money and then saying it takes days to get your money back. Why would you allow online orders knowing the store cannot produce the items that people are ordering.
