Couldn't have had more than 4 or 5 tables, yet it took over 15 minutes from the time we sat down until the time we placed drink orders. After that, we had to find and flag someone down to have our food order taken. Meanwhile, the staff was hanging out at one of the booths on their phone not tending to customers. Super lame. Salsa was good but the rest of the food wasn't worth it, unfortunately.
Since they moved to the new location, we've gotten food there many times. I can't speak to the cleanliness or to the service because we always get food to go. It's always been mediocre but we continued to go back just because it's close to home. The last 2 times we've gotten their tacos, which are only supposed to have ground beef, cheese and lettuce, they've had cooked carrots in them. ? Who puts carrots in tacos?? We will not be going back again.
Bartender and staff were awesome, but the queso fundio was absolutely trash. I’ve been to Mexican restaurants all over the US and never had their queso dip be the same cheese as the quesofundio. I also ordered the carne asada and I usally put them together on my own with the queso fundio. But they put them together for me. But their queso fundio is the saddest queso fundio I’ve ever seen. Don’t order it. It absolutely sucks. I also had 7 month expired beer. So just skip...
