“Went here the other day, forgot my wallet, my phone updated and my Apple Pay wasn’t working. I was having a bad day, hadn’t eaten all day, couldn’t catch a break at work and of course I forget my wallet and I can’t even eat lunch and I’m 45m away from home. I didn’t tell them any of that, so they didn’t even know. But they just said “It’s no problem, just come back and see us some time”. Gave me my food FOR FREE. These guys turned my whole day around - gave me a little more faith in humanity.

“This place is similar to 50s diner with Greek chili on hotdogs and/or spaghetti covered in a pile of shredded cheese. It’s definitely different from the normal chili. But it’s really good for a change. The service was very good and fast. Every time we go through the Cincinnati area we always stop at least once. The quality and service is always good. We’ve even bought cans of chili to take home.“

“What can I tell you for those of you that have skyline your entire life and have become bored with it I'd suggest you try it again. I'm back in Ohio after a 30 plus year vacation in the military. I will tell you skyline has been great as a kid in Cincinnati and it's even better here in Columbus. Love this place!“

“This is around fast food level, but surprisingly good for what it is. We went there for the other people in my group as I am NOT a chili person, but I had the Mac and cheese (good), and the baked potato (better!). The potato was huge for the cost, loaded up, and had butter pretty well throughout it, not just on top. I could do that for a lunch! Was pleased with the visit beyond what I expected!“

“I always say Five Guys is good, but it really depends on who’s cooking—and let me tell you, Kendra at the N. Hamilton Road location did that!

She took our order, got our food out quickly, and was so kind and polite the whole time. She had a smile on her face and just made the whole experience feel welcoming.

The restaurant was also very clean, which made everything even better.

The food came out delicious. My husband ordered the patty melt, and I got a bunless burger—both were a 10/10. Everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly.

“We went for brunch and loved the atmosphere and our server was wonderful. The only thing that was as odd is that the coffee pot was broken and they didn't have coffee available for brunch at 11am? The music was a bit loud to hear over and would have been more appropriate later in the day. Overall loved the food and experience. We look forward to going back again!“

“The fries and burgers are hot and fresh. The store we stopped at in Columbus was the cleanest establishment I have ever been in. This is coming from a manager at a different restaurant chain. Cajun fries are amazing.“

“I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very dedicated to keeping me safe. The lady (didn't catch her name) was super friendly and cautious throughout the whole process. She was smiling, friendly and had a little dance to her step as the music played. It made the atmosphere better. I literally got back to the table and said this was by far the best 5 guys experience I've ever had. That lady was SO nice!
