customer service score zero I ordered through the app and spent 50 dollars they refused to make the cappuccino I paid for and I was missing a big Mac I showed them my receipt that was on my phone via their app and was trying to give them my bag to show them that it was just the 1 big Mac and the drink that was missing the manager said his screen only showed 3 big Macs not 4 and argued with me even tho I had the order on my phone that I pre paid for after 10 minutes of going back...read full review
The lady at the window rushed me through the order and was rude asking "Is that all? "... ordered 6 meals and didn't get a cup holder. Got home and the medium fries were like a small fry and they were cold and old and the burgers were cold. I'm not asking for a gourmet meal but geez
