This is my favorite Chipotle location in Columbus, Staff is friendly, attentive and always give me a good amount of food. I will go out of my way to make sure I get my chipotle from this location only!
I go to this chipotle all of the time, and there’s now been two experiences back to back where the tall man who seems to be the manager is actively yelling at employees in front of a line of customers. The way he speaks to his employees is completely out of line and disrespectful, especially when choosing to humiliate them by doing it in front of a line of customers. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and i feel for the employees.
This experience was really nice this time going inside the restaurant.
