The waiter took all of our orders and I never got my food till my niece got her's then he asked me what i order again. Instead of owning his mistake of not ordering my food he played around saying he went on break or they forgot to bring it out. Careless and not professional.

TERRIBLE FOOD!!! everything was overly SALTY and the food was served cold after a 40 minute wait. The curry sauce was full of sugar and had too much cardamom which as you can imagine did not have an appealing taste. The food left us nauseous, would NOT recommend.

Extermely disappointing today. We drove 2.5 hrs from Cincinnati for dine at Sargam but food quality is extremely poor, no taste and unwelcomed environment. We order Chicken Birayani, Chowmein which are totally low in taste, quality and irritating. Also server is literally unwelcomed to guests which feel awakard. This is last visit for me. Very bad experience in this restaurant in Colombus. Won't visit next time.

Very bad experience. Drove 2 hours to eat authentic Nepali food but totally disappointed. No any welcoming environment and the food was not great. Chicken biryani was like normal rice with just 3 piece chicken on it. Waste of money. Literally I can cook more tasty biryani than that. Never gonna visit sargam again.

Casual atmosphere. Good service. Only drawback was that I ordered the vegetable thali and failed to mentioned that I’m vegan. The dish is labeled vegan but still had yogurt and a sweet ball with diary. So make sure you tell them you’re vegan so that they get the order right. Other than that we had a great meal. Clearly labeled vegan options on the menu. Very extensive menu with Indian Nepali and Tibetan food. With different spice levels from mild to extreme. We got the medium and it was pretty spicy for us and I’m Mexican so be warned 😹

Ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Chowmein through Uber Eats. Surprised to see Black Peas in Chicken Fried Rice. Green peas and Black Peas inside Chicken Chowmein. Bad Experience. Had to put my fork away. Not at all tasty. Very Very Bad Food. Will not recommend.

This is me and my husband favorite restaurant!! I always ordered from Doordash or Uber Eats and always note my order to be extra spicy and it is really spicy which I loved it! Its not an average American spicy level. I was born as Southeast Asian, and when an Asian tell you its spicy, its a no joke! Great job 👏 My Favorites dish is Chicken Chowmein and Chicken Biryani! Best Combo haha
