I don't know who wants the kiosk used the people working there or corporate but if i'm paying with cash and there's no way to pay @ said machine , then you would assume that an old-fashioned face to face order placement would do. Not ever one wants to use kiosk. I placed my 1st order with a person @ register. No issues. However i had forgotten something so i ask when my order was ready that i needed to order something else. This is where the problem starts young...
My experience was initially negative , I was shewed to the automated service without the option of personal service. As I stood dismayed by the rude , aggressive behavior of the female employee, the manager just happened to be coming past the front counter and asked quickly and professionally if I had been helped. He quickly and promptly took my order and saw to the food being made properly and fresh. I thought to myself self, instant karma to the nasty employee he shewed me to...
I got back home and unpacked my food and realized that the fries were cold and kind of stale, and I ordered nuggets that wasn't in the bag at all even though the dipping sauce was in the bag.
