“My daughter had me try this place and it was all she said it would be. She said their tacos are good but I wanted to try her favorite item there, the Mexican burger and it was so delicious. A little messy but the flavor was amazing. I will be going back. I wish I had taken a picture. It smelled so good, I just dug in and totally forgot.“

“We were staying at the Day's Inn across the street and saw the place from our window so decided tip try it. My wife got the nachos and I got a Mexican pork sandwich. Both were delicious and so big we didn't eat it all. This is more like a food truck, outside the market, than a restaurant but it had a few picnic tables top eat on if you like. “One of the best little taco trucks in Columbus, they all have rotating menu items like torta jamon and elotes that are well worth it. The burritos are amazing and the tacos are on special for taco Tuesdays (highly recommend at least 4).

It's a great place on the go, doesn't take long to get your food and it's exactly what you want from a taco truck.

Update 10/8/24: I have been coming here for a few years now and I will continue to come back again and again. I feel like most restaurants have dropped in quality over the last few years but Taqueria Morelia is consistent, fast, and delicious.“

Ever have a dinner plan fall through, only to find something even better by accident?

That’s exactly how I ended up here. My go-to Thai place was closed (my heart was set on pork belly fried rice), so I pivoted—and honestly, I’m glad I did.

This was only my second time at El Tacoriendo, and it was a 4/4 taco win.

I tried:
🌮 Asada – tender and smoky, almost buttery in a warm corn tortilla
🌮 Suadero – juicy and rich without being greasy
🌮 Cecina – salty-savory in the best way
🌮 Barbacoa – soft, shredded, and perfect with a squeeze of lime

Everything came loaded with fresh cilantro, onion, grilled onions, and crisp cucumber slices on the side. The green salsa was mellow, the red had a little kick, but honestly, the meat didn’t need any help.

Even after not eating all day, two tacos filled me up—these portions are no joke.

The menu has so many proteins you don’t see everywhere: beef tongue, tripe, buche, chorizo. After today, I’m open to trying all the unique ones next time. If you’re the adventurous type, this is your playground.

🚨 Outside the building looks like the kind of spot you'd second-guess after dark--like pulling up to a Linden carryout when the streetlights flicker--but trust me, If you judge a taco by the tortilla (and honestly, you should), this place is worth checking out.

Inside feels relaxed and colorful—painted chairs, bright walls, and no pressure. You’re just here to eat good food.

I’d bring y’all with me if I could—because this is the kind of spot that’s easy to love.

“We tried Torchy’s Tacos for the first time and when ordering the staff were super kind and patient. The woman waiting on us at the register explained things to the kids and answered all of their questions. Super clean restaurant and the food was so fresh and delicious! Their queso is so good as well. We definitely found a new favorite place! We ordered take out a couple weeks later, it was fresh, warm and so good! Nothing was missing from the order and everything ordered came out just how we wanted it.“

“Al Pastor Tacos from Los Guachos never disappoint! Though they do add up in cost if you have a big appetite (regular price of $2.50 each). This location does needs some renovations. There is no lighting in the parking lot at night. The parking lot is just a few feet from a busy street which could be potentially dangerous if you have kids. Overall the experience was good.

Parking: Small parking lot that is just a few feet from the road. I feel like a fence would be nice to create some separation from my family and the cars passing by on this main road.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, but at least two were broken.“
