The tacos Al pastor were the best I’ve had outside of Mexico! So delicious. And I love how cheap they are so you can get a bunch! I wasn’t as impressed with the chorizo tacos, the meat was super greasy and not as flavorful as other chorizos I’ve had, also kinda burnt? But I would get their tacos al pastor over and over.
What a hidden gem. The birria tacos are the best I have found in Cbus thus far. My only downfall is there is no table service. Jose was sooo helpful, this was our first time here. My grandson, 7, gave it 2 ??

I LOVE Los Gauchos!!! Definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants around town. Their al pastor is top notch as is most of their other meat options, I love their chorizo, it's so good! This location also has paletas and a bar that serves alcohol which makes for a great time. My go-to order is an El favorito burrito with chorizo, no beans, extra onions, and extra cheese, also the hibiscus drink is really tasty as well.
