I have been eating this wonderful food since they had only one location. My daughter introduced us to it because she loved it and found their truck. (That was when they didn’t have a storefront). It never matters which location I eat at, I have never been disappointed. Their al pastor is legendary. Their lingua is tender. Portions are large. Truly the restaurant I eat at now. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you haven’t tried it, you need to. You will not be disappointed.

Los Guachos is a popular Mexican restaurant known for its top-notch meats, including al pastor and chorizo. Their El Favorito burrito and tacos al pastor are favorite dishes, and the bar offers alcohol. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers affordable prices. Customers often praise the food as absolutely delicious with generous portions, including tacos and quesadillas. The tacos al pastor are especially loved for being crispy, with lime and pineapple garnish, and the option to add green or red sauce. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly, providing good service. Many people visit even from far away because of the great tacos. While some experiences with service and order accuracy have been disappointing, the overall reputation remains positive for tasty food and a friendly atmosphere. The cafeteria-style service is efficient, though parking can be limited and close to a busy street, which might be unsafe for families with kids. The building can sometimes feel warm, but the restaurant remains a hidden gem worth exploring for those who enjoy authentic Mexican flavors.
