I ordered a bowl with steak. Every piece of the steak was grizzle. I called and no n one answered. I threw the bowl in the trash. Super upset 😡

I stood in the line for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was the only person there. I walked in at 9:45, nobody greeted me and I felt like they were bothered with me coming in. Not one person acknowledged me until 10 mins later, and the lady standing there could’ve easily made the food in less than 5 minutes. That lady made me feel like I’m the vain of her existence when I walked in. Absolutely ridiculous, they really need to talk to their people about customer service. If you care about your dignity, do yourself a favor and never come here. An absolute ridiculous establishment.

Hands down the worst Chipotle location ever! It's the closest location to where I live and it's unfortunate that EVERY single time I have tried to eat here since they opened over a year ago they are always out of certain items. It's kind of a running joke in our family... the staff is very rude and honestly have no business being in customer service. I have reached out to upper management through the website and obviously they really don't care either because nothing has changed. I used to eat at Chipotle multiple times a week and now it's probably a few times a year because of this location. Money lost ...

I made at this location many of times I usually don’t like to leave reviews, but the food has been not the greatest and when you order online pick up, they don’t give you the meat with a meal and I even used my pulse rewards to get double protein and I end up receiving no protein on my meal I live across town how to drive all the way back across town to inform them. I need to have the excuse as they didn’t have any at the time so they sent me home with a regular portion size of beef Barbacoa. Totally uncalled for

Wouldn’t recommend this location if it could be helped. Almost everytime I’ve been they’ve run out of a lot of their ingredients. They’re typically short handed at this location and the entire establishment in general seems it’s on the verge of burning down at any minute. Employees are a 50/50, I’ve met a lot of friendly genuine people there but I’ve also seen a lot of nasty ones as well, though with how stressed they seemingly are I don’t entirely blame them. Nonetheless it’s more than worth it to drive the extra couple of minutes to a better store

I blame management for this, but they are always out of key items that they should never be out of. I understand running out of guacamole, or a certain meat every now and then, but they're always out of cheese, sour cream, sofritas, and stuff that should always be well stocked. They suck.
I had erased my last review because management at this location will not or doesn't care about reviews. The food quality is poor. The staff doesn't seem to care if you ask for light sour cream. It as if they don't know what a light amount is. I think I am done eating at this location unless a actual manager will contact me and at least offer a free bag of chewy chips lol. Something anything please realize that your service there is below mediocre.

Unfortunately this is the closest location to our house and has the worst service. If you want to feel like your ruining someone's day, and be treated as if you are there to bother/annoy them for your meal ... by all means visit this location. Not that any of the other local stores are any better with the atmosphere or attitudes or food quality for that matter.
Tried to have dinner here this evening, apparently they were out of cheese and guac, Asked to substitute queso for the cheese and they told me it would be an additional charge. If you’re out of something that you’re supposed to supply for free or included with my meal, then there shouldn’t be a charge for replacing that item with something you do have. If I could given Negative stars I would.
