The last two times I came in to this location, I was helped by the same man. He demonstrated his professional skills and attitude both times, handling a picky customer who had a lot of questions with ease, and rolling her burrito expertly despite it being quite full and have EXTRA sour cream. When he helped me, he was courteous and quick. I also work in hospitality, so I complimented him and asked for his name. Wrex, he said, and thanked me. His efforts should be recognized, as he is a great example- especially compared to some of the late night crew I’ve received service from at other locations.

Made an online order for the drive through for the soonest, it had directed me to pick up at 10:50, soon arrival I showed up at 10:45 to pick up my order and the worker was rude and stated “we aren’t even open yet and haven’t even started making food so it’ll be 15 minutes.” I would consider rude and unwelcoming.

This place blew my mind today. Went in for lunch with my daughter and grand daughter. Told them I’m celiac and wow! I have never been treated better at a restaurant since celiac. They were wonderful. Quickly changed gloves and explained how they do things for a food allergy. got all new clean spoons to make my bowl and was very accommodating and very understanding and nice about everything! Will definitely eat here again. Thank you to the team that worked today! I felt safe eating the food.

this place can sometimes be a miss, but the little lady at the cashier and the wrex guy are the only ones the bring light to this place. everyone else look so mad or sad , The food is mid WHATEVER YOU DO DONT ORDER IT ON DOORDASH 😭😭

Wrex is always polite and attentive. Service from the rest of the staff is always similar. Even when they're slammed, they maintain courtesy and efficiency. This is the closest store to my house so I'm here once or twice a week. Coming after 7:30, they're often out of vinaigrette, and the carnitas is dried out. I saw other stores out of the area cover their food with clear lids in the evening and it solved that.

The night staff Friday night was awesome! They worked together flawlessly and provided excellent service ! They had all options available and were ready to serve! This is my goto location after a long day at work!!

I stood in the line for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was the only person there. I walked in at 9:45, nobody greeted me and I felt like they were bothered with me coming in. Not one person acknowledged me until 10 mins later, and the lady standing there could’ve easily made the food in less than 5 minutes. That lady made me feel like I’m the vain of her existence when I walked in. Absolutely ridiculous, they really need to talk to their people about customer service. If you care about your dignity, do yourself a favor and never come here. An absolute ridiculous establishment.

Hands down the worst Chipotle location ever! It's the closest location to where I live and it's unfortunate that EVERY single time I have tried to eat here since they opened over a year ago they are always out of certain items. It's kind of a running joke in our family... the staff is very rude and honestly have no business being in customer service. I have reached out to upper management through the website and obviously they really don't care either because nothing has changed. I used to eat at Chipotle multiple times a week and now it's probably a few times a year because of this location. Money lost ...
