“A group of us drove an hour today (December 22nd) for the festive holiday coffee flight. We also each got a breakfast sandwich. I cannot say enough good things a out our experience!! The coffee was delicious and adorable. The breakfast sandwiches were a great quality, and the jelly put them over the top! While we were chatting, the owner (?) checked on us and ended up bringing us a pastry to sample. That was so kind! This was a great coffee shop with tasty food. A bonus - There are antique and other shops in the same plaza to make a day of it! Thank you for making our holiday girl's coffee trip a success!!”

Just few issuebs,

1, Downstairs rooms VERY, VERY cold, upstairs VERY warm complete opposite of each other.

2, No hot water, in the kitchen until the day we left to wash dishes. I warmed water via the microwave. Made it work!

3, In the living room, one ceiling fan was working the other was not on, lights worked, unable to reach it.

4, Remote for upstairs TV was found the morning we were leaving, behind the couch and missing pieces, Dish SAT remote not working.

5, TV downstairs is not able to be used, no remote.

6, Smoke Alarm sounding off when we arrived, we did change the battery, it did not help.”

“I visited HUNTER STREET SALOON on March 20, 2024 for the first time. I was interested in learning to Line Dance.. Becky Mathews was a great teacher , she was very patient and made sure all of the people understood the steps. We also ate dinner there, all of the food was great! We will be going back!”

“They have the best chicken tenders I’ve ever tasted and the burgers are incredible. However they fry the fries makes them so good but then the BBQ seasoning on top makes them unbelievable. The food is all affordable and with the flavor I’d pay more for sure. The staff were all really friendly.”

“I am so glad we stopped in during our trip to Hocking Hills for a long weekend (we stayed in Lancaster). This is a local gem! So much so that we ate dinner here both nights. Both evenings we sat at the bar and had outstanding service from the owner (think Judy was her name). Drinks were great, I had an espresso martini one evening and it was one of best I’ve had. My boyfriend loved the beer selection. Wine was also good, a go-to for me. We had the bangers and mash with a salad the first night and loved it. Second night we split a burger, tried Irish nachos- sides were minty mashed peas and the cabbage and potato mix (forget proper name)- both were fabulous! Both evenings we splurged and split cheesecake which is house made. Chai then peach cobbler flavor. Outstanding. I will miss this place now we’re back home. Highly recommend a stop in. Service was friendly and fast. Atmosphere was cozy. Thank you for your hospitality!!”

“This was on my to do list when we visited Hocking Hills. Very crowded, but understandably why! The pastries 🥐 my goodness!!!! My niece and I loved our macaroons and I got my boyfriend a homemade oatmeal cream snack cake…my goodness!!!!! I had to get a Big Foot shirt as well :) glad we went!”

“Stayed at the Rusty Lofts in downtown Logan for a little spring break trip and noticed on The Max's sign, as we passed by, that they had karaoke that night. I stopped in the place that afternoon to ask about it and Rob and Sherri(sp?) both were very helpful & accomodating. Went to The Max that evening with my two boys for dinner, and the food was amazing!! Sherri was our server and was so friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. All the other patrons in the place were so cool as well. After dinner the karaoke started and Cowboy the DJ was awesome!! If we ever make it back to Logan we will definitely be hitting up The Max again for sure...highly recommend this place!! -Rusty”
