This Applebees has been a go to until recently. Last week, my partner and I decided to stop for lunch before traveling for the Holidays. We both got chicken sandwiches, and we are so lucky that I cut it in half, because my partners sandwich was still raw in the middle. Our server was kind for the most part but took a significantly long time to come check on us, so we didn’t want to keep waiting for help and I decided to give my partner half of mine (I lost my appetite after this). We did notify the server, and told him that we know it’s not his fault and we don’t expect a price cut, just wanted there to be some awareness because that’s super unsafe. But there was still no apology, just some mild irritation even though we didn’t ask for anything in return. Reading the other reviews, I’m sure his reaction was because this is a continuous issue and he doesn’t really know what to say about the food quality decline. Do better, guys! You’re going to give people salmonella or food poisoning if you’re not careful.

We have been going to this location for years and we made some amazing friends there James in particular he is an amazing host. The last few months we have gone and the service has been horrible from the waiters to the food, tonight was the icing on the cake, my daughter and her husband had a date night and picked this location and had a few sleigh drinks and appetizer and 2 meals, we'll thus is where is gets bad my son in laws chicken was completely raw and this is not the first time we got raw chicken from here but gave it a chance and they did it again, now my daughter is waiting to eat her meal which is cold by the time they fully cook the chicken and then they bring it out and give them a 10% discount..... that was a slap in face now her food is cold and he is sick to his stomach. I will be contacting cooperate in am and calling the health department on this location and the BBB

Thrilled with our experience at Fairview Park Applebee’s. This is a lovely establishment with waiters who go above and beyond. Shoutout James W, aka best server in the 216.

This location exceeded my expectations. Burgers were delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh. What really added to our experience was the friendliness and service of the staff. We sat at bar and both Connor and Zachary were fantastic. Zachary’s drinks were perfect. Just overall nice night out. Keep up good work.

I am sitting in my chair for 40 minutes order 10 minutes after I sat down I seen 2 workers standing at the bar when nobody was there and I had a doctors appointment at 6:07 miss my appointment

It's Applebee's, but never disappoints. Took the grandson on a dinner date. As long as chicken breaded on menu he's good😘

Went for dinner with my husband and son. Food took about 35 minutes, when we got our food mine was cold, not luke warm but absolutely cold. Server was great took the food back . Took another 20 minutes to get it remade. The manager brought it out the fries were still cold and my family was already done with their food. Told the manager the fries were still cold, her response was I watched them take the patty off the grill. No apologies or anything. This is the second time we have gone to applebees in less than 30 days, the last time It was the one on pearl road and we left after waiting an hour. The manager there was also not apologetic or hospitable. Fix your management, will not be back.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was just frustrating. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food, and the place wasn’t even that busy. Our server kept saying “it’ll be out soon,” but it clearly wasn’t. By the time the food finally came, it was barely warm, and we’d already lost our appetite. No apology, no discount, nothing. Definitely not worth the wait — super disappointing experience.

I don't post reviews but I have to shout out to my server with the long beautiful colored hair and facial piercings that took care of my family and I today during lunch on 10/30 at 12:30 pm. We were seated immediately when walking in, greeted immediately after being seated, drinks came out immediately and food came out shortly after ordering. Place was busy, even with all the servers tables in all parts of the restaurant she managed to keep a smile and small talk with everyone of her tables. I was super impressed how she handled herself throughout, even with all the running around she was doing and questions she was answering!
The teamwork at this store is amazing!!!
We will be back!!!
