My wife and I love Arby's and usually it is amazing, but this time we ordered through Uber eats. We watched the driver pick up the food and drive straight to us no other stops 6 minutes away. So order to house 20 minutes that was awesome. Looking forward to our food. Sandwiches were missing and the curly fries (which are my favorite) were cold and tasted old. Your prices have gone up so we only get Arby's once in awhile. This time was very disappointing and will take a good minute before we go again. $51 for our order and we didn't even get half our food.

There's never a line. There's never a way. The food is good. The service is great. Every time I go there everybody's smiling and happy. It takes about 45 seconds from when I order the food to when I start eating it. If you sit down in the restaurant, the fountain machine that has Coca-Cola is amazingly cold. It taste amazing. I really love all their dipping sauces that they have at the counter as well. When you eat inside the restaurant. They recently added a turkey sandwich for Thanksgiving. That is phenomenal. I can't recommend Arby's enough. They have the meats

All other locations I've been to for Arby's are great for the chicken slider. But here all the chicken was overcooked extremely. The pieces were extra small and in fact on one Bun they were literally two micro pieces on it, that did not even go over the edge of the bun. What a bust.

Got the new burgers, had to wait, everything was cold ??
But my experience today was ok could have been better. No one told me about any deals that you guys are having when I arrived in the drive thru today so I just ordered a small fry and a drink. There was one staff member that told me about the deals last time that I came here and I believe his name was Anthony he told me about the deals and even saved me a little money in the process. I can’t wait to go back to the store and when I do I hope he is there because he is so friendly and polite and most of all patient. He gives excellent service

I got dry cold stale fries and two of the smallest pieces of chicken that weren't even pieces of chicken they were all breading. Someone please help me, I used to love Arby's. What a shame.

Please, don’t ever waste your time at this dump. The woman manager is an absolute nutcase. She’s rude, doesn’t care about the customers and won’t serve them inside. It’s open inside, but she kicks you out after refusing to serve you, even threatening saying you can call the police if you don’t agree. Employees are scum and inside is a dump.
