everything i loved about this place the last 30plus yrs are gone,, self serve ordering, disgusting bathrooms, mine and my wife's burgers were so covered in seasoning salt they were inedible,, fries undercooked,, and for the price I expect excellent food and cleanliness.. never going back

Burgers were so juicy and good. The buns are soft and yummy. We thought of seeing if they would sell us a pack of buns we liked them that well. Fries were good. Onion rings were tasty but felt they could of given a few more for the cost about a dollar a ring. Nice soda variety, lemonade and tea. Next time want a milk shake. Decor and music were old school cool !

We’ve been here twice, and both times the food has been fantastic—burgers and sides were well-prepared and consistently delicious. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worthwhile. Unfortunately, during both visits, there were kids running around the dining area without much supervision, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Well here is another cool thing in Cleveland that has fallen. They redid the dining area and yeah it looks cool and new but what it doesn't look like is cool and retro. The old diner style and colors were amazing and gave this place an awesome vibe. They also took the comic book pages off the bathroom wall which is a real bummer. So much of the charm this place had is gone. Oh and also the train never works which is just adds to the problems with the vibe of this place.
Thee food is still good and the shakes are amazing. I don't really like the fact that You now have to order from a screen and the menu has shrunk. I wanted to get some mac and cheese bites but you cant order them as a side but you can get one on a burger? That makes no sense. So I will say I might be back for a shake but this place is definitely of my list of places to go

After placing our order the kiosk ask for coupon code. The kiosk for some reason wouldn't work. Ironically nobody knew how to make it work. Sooo, screw Bearden's and the 2nd person who came up and had an attitude.

The dining room was under construction. They seem to be having an issue with moisture. The food was inedible. The burger had something on it that was deeply unpleasant to taste and was very dry even with toppings. This was not an enjoyable or affordable lunch option.
Excellent burgers and shakes! We had a Western burger with BBQ sauce and an onion ring, and the Big Bear (2 patties, Bearden's take on a Big Mac). You can also get creative options like Gouda and peanut butter. Fries were fine. We finished with a PB milkshake. You can order everything at a touch kiosk, then they bring your order to your table. Seating is limited while they update the booths. Give this place a try if you're in the area!

With the kiosk ordering, there was no menu posted for us to sit and figure out what the grandchildren would like to have and not stand at the kiosk with small children deciding what to get.

Our favorite place to stop after kayaking! Super affordable and the food is always amazing. The burgers, milkshakes & onion rings are always perfect! Nothing beats a nice cold cream soda after a long day in the sun. Highly recommend!
