Came for weekday happy hour and it was pretty empty. Food was good & great prices too. Server was kind & quick. The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere. They need music for a more fun vibe!
The waitress was very nice! The restaurant was pretty clean too. The food was gross though. I make better tacos at home. I the tacos were small and looked like a cheaply made kids taco. I also ordered a side of rice. The rice was plain white rice with nothing on it. Very strange taco joint. Wouldn’t recommend. I hope they improve.
I've been to a few locations and this one has been my least favorite experience. While the prices go up the tacos are barely a children's size. Combine that with the slow food service and the rubbery and stale tortilla chips, and I won't be returning even though it's only a few blocks from my house. The beer was cold and the bartender was nice, that's about all I can say. Too many far superior options to waste my time and money here going forward.
1st time to Bomba, I had heard that had been good. The floors were dirty throughout the restaurant. The men's bathroom had trash overflowing. The sink on right had a broken faucet laying in sink. The food we had was assorted tacos and guacamole. The guac was OK, the tacos had over cooked/dry meats. The only bright spot was Kimberly, who seemed to be only waitress and bar tender on staff at 6pm, was attentive and efficient. This place needs a restaurant rescue!
The service here was great. It was calm and quiet, the patio was open for dining, and it was a nice day for it. As for the food, we had 10 tacos of different varieties, and they were okay. These weren't my favorite tacos by far, but the tortillas used were good. I suggest staying away from the fish tacos completely. Order the ground beef (Americana taco) if you like the soft tacos from Taco Bell because they're almost the same thing. I do suggest you go with chorizo, it has a nice little spice on it or try the steak, although some meat was well done and some almost rare, it tasted okay overall.
Went there late on a Friday night. The place was pretty empty but live band nights started everywhere else Friday nights so it's no surprise. Our server Kimberly was absolutely amazing. We had my 10 month old with us and Kimberly was so good with her. We ordered tacos and I was just going to give her some bits of the shells. Kimberly brought her a little cheesy bread in case she didn't want to eat it. Brought her a water cup, crayons and stuff to keep her busy. She was amazing.
Bomba Tacos was a great dinner option for a delicious and filling taco night. Service was great and responsive to our needs. I was pleasantly surprised how filled the tacos were (many other tacos places around here like to skimp out on that). The 10 tacos for $40 was great deal and the 3 of us were able to take home leftovers. The black bean soup is delicious as well.
AMAZING food but AWFUL service. I am so disappointed. I had my birthday party here with about 18 people. Never have I ever been made to feel like such an inconvenience to a server. I called two days prior to make a reservation. When I arrived there were no tables set up for us. We got put in a side room but we, ourselves, had to push the tables together. The server approached me as soon as I came in without any greeting, just asked me how many checks will there be and was obviously annoyed when I told them we were all separate. It took a very long time to get our drinks and then an even longer time to get our food. My food actually never came out. I understand big parties are a lot of work. I understand the frustration of separate checks. But be kind. Don’t show your frustration to your guests. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. If this was a rating for food alone it would be 5 stars but I was very turned off by the treatment to myself and my guests.
Nice restaurant with very delicious food and drinks. Thursday nights, they have live music.
Came two weeks ago on a Thursday to have good tacos and cheap beer. Food is great and drinks are too. At the same time discovered the band RikOshay playing live. They play music that is “Boomer genre” friendly and slightly after time frame and THEY ARE GOOD. Came back this week tonight on a Thursday and saw them again. They even let audience members join in to sing on songs and in some cases even play instruments. If you are of the Boomer generation come here, the food and drinks are good, staff is friendly, the check is way less in price, and the music takes you back to when you were young and stirs memories of a great time to live.

Their plaintain chips and dips were really good. I ordered the sweet potato bowl and it turned out to be really good too! I did the cauliflower rice instead of regular. Great option for any vegetarian at this place.
Just passing by and happened to stop in cause I was starving and it Wasn't too busy when I stopped. Very roomy resturant with a nice atmosphere. I tried the taco lunch special for $10 and it was cool!!! There black beans were the best I've had from a restaurant in a while, they weren't dry at all. My tacos were also very unique and tasty and worth the money. I had a shrimp Baja and a lamb baraccoa taco. They could put more than 2 shrimps on the taco tho for the price. 1st time for a lamb taco too and it was the bomb! I highly recommend the Bomba rum punch too cause it certainly packs a punch lol. I was buzzed off 1. I was impressed lol I'm definitely coming back here for sure.
As someone who is fairly restricted to a low carb diet, there were so many options for me, ex. regular rice and cauliflower rice were both options for a bowl. Food was great, atmosphere was fun, and service was wonderful!

Well this was a very unhappy experience for me. Service was great. Food was a huge miss. I order 3 tacos I was super excited about. A crispy pork belly taco, which had a slice of bacon....yes a slice of bacon. Now I know bacon is technically coming from a pork belly. But in no way is anyone expecting a slice of bacon instead of crispy pork belly cubes. That was unbelievable. Then I also tried the bulgogi taco. That beef was dry and flavorless. One bite and I was done with that taco. The last taco was a Nashville chicken which tasted right. We had the shishito app, which we frequent every chance we get at any location. It was literally just unseasoned shishito blistered. Just bland. The queso was great. Tomatillo salsa was good, the roasted red with guajillo was missing salt.Anyway. It'll be a while before I return.
Outstanding service and quality every time we have been here. We even did a bridal shower in the party room and it was great! Brian was our server and he did an amazing job servicing a party of 30. He provided everything we needed for an excellent party! Thank you!
