Previously I have really enjoyed this restaurant. However, over the past six months or so it has really taken a dive. I’m not sure what has changed. I probably won’t be back to this location. I’m not going to completely dismiss the Burntwood brand, as it is likely a matter of staffing.

Short of staff , floors dirty, almost broke a tooth on plastic that was in my Caesar salad ! They took care of our bill but that place used to be nice ! My flatbread was cold and dry too - disappointed used to like this place

Had reservations for eleven at 6:30...we were not served until after 8:00...ordered food items were not served...Had to alter after dinner plans do to poor service...Hopefully just a bad night for Burntwood Tavern...I regretted trusting our celebration to this establishment.

Ordered food online on Saturday in a half empty restaurant. Came in 45min later for a salad and appetizer and kids burger. They said they all of a sudden got backed up and never even made it and would get to it when they would get to it. To go orders had to wait? What kind of establishment is being ran here? No communication , staff was all flustered and didn’t really care to help. I’d go else where for food

I had my granddaughters bridal shower here. What a delightful experience!! Veronica helped me order everything and Liz was our server. Two amazing ladies!! The room was set up perfectly for my guests, the food was delicious and Liz made sure everyone had anything they wanted. I highly recommend the Burntwood in Rocky River for special occasions or just a great night out.Thank you ladies!!!

Nice way to spend a birthday dinner for two on the patio outside. Food is good: drinks and dessert, too!
The cauliflower appetizer had way too much sauce. It gave me a heat burn and would not digest. I do not understand why so much sauce? I took the left over at home and got in the garbage after a few days. Is the cook trying what he serves? It should only be drizzled over not float on the sauce.

Just had the best meal! Food was AMAZING and the service was outstanding. We got the cauliflower bites appetizer and it was so flavorful I could have eaten it for my main dish. My husband got chicken parmesan (it was a huge portion and the breading was phenomenal). My mother got chicken picatta, so tender. My meal (avocado and chicken flatbread) came literally 2 minutes after theirs, they apologized and gave it for free. They did not need to, it was only two minutes and it was worth the wait😋. We put the free meal into the tip and the waitress tried to refuse saying the tip was too much. Absolutely not, the food and the service justified it! We live in Elyria and I will be recommending Burntwood Tavern to anyone who asks for referrals! Thanks for a great Easter meal!!!
