We had been to a few other Burntwood Taverns but had never been to the Rocky River location. It is a great location! Sam was very helpful in giving us an overview of the dinners we were considering having and providing us great service. The Potstickers and the Fish Chips were our favorites. We also had the Sausage Ala Vodka but we would have liked more sauce and the sausage to be a bit less grilled (we did not bring it up during dinner to Sam) but it was a nice left over snack the next day. The cocktails were fantastic. The desserts though I have to admit need an upgrade. We had the Apple Crostada and Chocolate Truffle Cake to go. The Apple Crostada had no crust it was just apples in syrup and the Chocolate Truffle Cake was a bit better. We'll be back for the Fish and Chips and Potstickers!!!

Arrived at 8:40pm on a Friday. Wasn’t busy. It took 10 minutes for anyone to greet us at our table. Then it took another 10 minutes to have Diet Coke delivered to the table. 20 minutes total to receive drinks in a dead establishment. Server did not apologize or even acknowledge how long it took to be greeted and served drinks. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was okay, but the service was lousy. It was about an hour from when we walked in until we got our food.. Also was out of various foods (didn't find out until 10 minutes after we ordered). Same with a beer that was ordered. First time we were there and was not a good experience. Won't return.

1st time at this location although I live in this city No one in sight at 5:15 pm Red headed women came forward, appeared to be very unhappy and inconvenienced that we came in. I discovered there were plenty of employees there hiding in an empty dining room when I had to ask for directions to the restroom. Our waitress was good. Cocktails were good, food was not good. Flat bread pizza came out of a box just nasty! cauliflower app. was bland and the fries on my friends plate were inedible. 1. When an employee is rude out of the gate leave immediately 2.When a restaurant has 1 table full at 5:15 run. 3. Read current reviews My bad 4. Embarrassement to my community. 5.Where is management

P.s. I did have poor service today. Ordered a beer and didnt see my bartender for like 15 mins. Also the beer tasted flat. Shame this place is gorgeous. Seems like they are floundering with these menu changed

We had a party of five and we ordered a couple of appetizers five entrées and a few desserts. Everything was delicious! Our server, Sam, was awesome! We plan to return soon and we most definitely will ask for Sam as our server. It was a perfect delightful evening and we thank you for your attention to detail on everything.

So shocked when I received my order!! Guess what I ordered?! Bruleed Cheesecake With fresh berries! It was a small shot glass (Finger size!) With a tiny slice of strawberry!!!! Cheesecake taste was like a whipped toping cream! Atmosphere and service were good! The food was shocking!

The whole expierence was not that great, appetizers took 45 mins to come out. After they were brought, I had to go to the bar to get plates and silverware. The main entrees are way too overpriced for such a low volume of food. 18 dollars for a smash burger and a minuscule amount of fries? Wild. The smash burger was just a normal double patty burger. It was supposed to come with cooked onions on it, which I didn’t and had to ask for. Overall I’d say to spend your money elsewhere. It has potential but it’s just not there.
