The highlight of our visit was our bartender, Moriah. Her expertise and passion for whiskey were evident in each recommendation she provided, making our choices both exciting and fitting to our tastes.The drinks themselves were exceptional - a perfect blend of quality ingredients and skilled craftsmanship. Moriah's attention to detail and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel both welcomed and well taken care of.Although our visit was just for drinks, Char Whiskey Bar left a lasting impression. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine whiskey and top-notch service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their extensive whiskey selection.

This was my and my husbands first time at Char. Service was great and our drinks were exactly what we expected. We shared the lobster rolls and upgraded from chips to fries. We were very disappointed in the amount of lobster in each roll for the price. Would try a different entrée if we visit again.

Really wanted to get the lobster roll, but we went here for happy hour. Happy Hour was great. Chowder, pretzels, fry’s, and Brussel sprouts were all awesome!

In a great location in Rocky River. The burgers are big and juicy. I remember leaving very satisfied. The service was excellent. We sat at the bar, and we had a joyful conversation with the bartender. The atmosphere was good as well. I personally am not a fan of bars or the old-school look, but if I were, Char is the perfect vibe. Last thing I will say is the burgers are on the expensive side but very worth it and I wouldn't take kids because they don't deserve those kind of burgers and because it's a whisky bar.
