I love the Kale Krunch salad, but disappointed that my ICED tea had no ice! The Staff is supposed to fill the iced tea cups 3/4 full with ice, because the tea they put in it is sometimes warm or at room temperature.

Nice big ol’ romaine bottom inside my salad. Also their sweet tea is not consistent sometimes it tastes like unsweetened without any ice in it. Where other days it’s decent.

I was really disappointed when my ordered food came out and my milkshake was missing. I asked the young lady who brought the food out about it, and she said she would check on it and never came back. I had to go back to the counter, wait for someone, get my shake made while my food was getting cold.
Hate to admit it, but I'm a fan. Service is ridiculously great. Good is always great. Didn't think it was gonna be so good, but it is.

The food here is usually great, but we went inside and the wait was very long for how many people were working and just standing around talking. It looked like it may have been shift-change but we stood around for about 5 minutes for our milkshakes after the food was given to us. I know they are always busy but with how many employees were standing around chatting it was a little annoying.

I ordered curbside for one chocolate Shake and waited at the curbside lane for 10 minutes. They never brought it out. Went inside, and my shake was made sitting there on the counter melting and did not have whipped cream or cherry on it to top it off. They seemed annoyed that I came in there and wanted the shake that I had paid for.
I love Chick-fil-A, but this experience was annoying, especially when I went inside and everyone was grouped up just talking it was a dead time of day, and there was no reason to be ignored like that after I paid, and I'm a customer.
I said, may I please get whipped cream and a cherry on top? And this is how I was handed it...

Placed a mobile order off my phone for curbside Pickup, sat outside for 10 minutes for one chocolate milkshake. They never brought it to me. I had to go inside and then it didn't even have whipped cream or cherry on it which I had ordered on it. Then they seemed mad and annoyed at me that I came in and wanted my shake.
They used to be on point at this location, but it's falling off.
