Staff are always friendly and quick to get orders out, and every time I order the pretzel sticks they're cooked to perfection.

I showed up at 10am and an extremely nice young lady let me in even thought the store did not open until 10:30am and she let me purchase an ice cream birthday cake and could not have been more kind. Her name is Emily and I just wanted to make sure that she gets the recognition that she deserves. Job well done!! Thank you!!!

So refreshing to know that our neighborhood DQ values its customers so highly that they don't cheat us on quality or service, even in rough economic times. Keep up the great work! Kay makes the best hit fudge sundae in town. Highly recommend.

Buster bar has gone downhill. Smaller portions and flavor isn’t the same.

Delicious dipped cones, though expensive than other options.

Ordered cookie dough but got oreo. Happens more than once

I am never one to write reviews on anything good or bad. We just went through the drive thru and my boyfriend and I were extremely appalled by the lack of customer service and manners. A simple hello or here you go would be the normal thing to do in any case, especially being someone that works in customer service. Once we got to the window it was complete silence despite us saying “hi how are you” and “thank you.” We are young adults as well and were very disappointed at the lack of simple basic manners and rudeness that was presented.

Usually go through the drive-thru. Today we decided to go inside for some ice cream and hot dogs. The happy hour and daily specials are great. We ordered a few items which were delicious. The store was nice, clean and inviting. The cashier was nice and patient during deciding what we wanted. The bathroom was a bit untidy but not filthy. We would definitely come back.

I recently went in to get the same order that I had previously for Blizzard. An employee intentionally refused to make my order the way I had it before. The summer employees were also very unorganized and disrespectful.

Not only does this place not have much food (most mid choices i might add) THEY DONT EVEN MAKE THEIR BLIZZARDS PROPERLY. Do not order the new york cheesecake blizzard, they make it wrong every single time. I just want to say that to make theyre not supposed to blend it all up. there is supposed to be cheesecake bits, the sauce in the middle- youre not supposed to blend everything up until it tastes like a vanilla soft serve. This place needs to train their employees properly
