Service was good. Unfortunately, food was not so good. Prices too high for quality of food.

When you think steakhouse you expect to be wowed by the steak. They were over cooked and lacked seasoning. The sides were underwhelming for a restaurant that bills itself as a top steakhouse. The appetizers were clearly cooked in the same oil as fish. I literally feel like I threw a 170.00 out the window. I'm certain I make a better steak on my grill. Oh and the charged me tax on the whole meal during ohios tax free week
We paid 90$ for steak that was cooked like shoe leather..salad was loaded with tough greens..no onions..my sirloin tips were tough and not cooked as asked..service was good..but the cook was terrible..not as we expected...I would not recommend..we will not return ..dark atmosphere..shame.shame

The food was great! You could tell things were fresh & made in house. We had a wonderful server Nancy. If you go, I'd highly recommend requesting to sit in her section.
Our family celebrated a special occasion and we had a wonderful time. Service and food was excellent.
I made reservations for eight based on others' comments, and we were highly disappointed in the food. I don't think anyone finished their meals, especially for the cost. As for the service, it was ok. We told our server that we had someone at the table with a food allergy, and she continued to bring food out with that allergy as a garnish. That caused an issue for some at the table who were unable to eat the food. We all agreed that this is a one-and-done restaurant. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Waited a long time to go to Ferris steak house. Finally went and ordered calamari …it was so tough, we couldn’t cut out and returned it. The salad was next…buried in dressing and squishy. The steak was cooked good. The service was good. Disappointed that we overpaid for so so dinner.

Had a wonderful evening with friends. None of us had been there in several years. Our server, Kristy was fun to converse with. All of our meals were great!
A terrific venue to hold a reunion. Service was impeccable, and the food was wonderful as usual.
The food was very good, but very expensive ($10.50 for a crock of french onion soup is a bit excessive). Food was slow to come out, but everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty.
We had Lemon Chicken and Delmonico steak. Food and service was excellent! Highly recommend!!
Was looking for a nice place to celebrate our grandsons 21st birthday and saw this establishment. Easy to find and parking was plentiful. Our waitress was nice. Prices were at the level that this should be a great meal. It was not. The steaks were large and without flavor. Tough to cut and medium effort to chew. Cooked exactly to our desire but it was a meal I will not repeat. I've ate at many steak establishments and this is one I will not repeat. I could have had a better meal at Outback. Oh, the creme Brule' was good.
