The blonde gal that was working was awesome and very nice/helpful. We've been to a few of these and this by far was the best staff we have encountered. I'm not saying any were bad previously, these ladies were just that great here. Thank you

Beware they will round up your change to donate it even after you tell them you would not like to. Then you get told oops sorry. It is just deceiving that’s all. Bad customer service. You don’t know how many other things people donate to so either listen more clearly to your customers answers or don’t ask and just put up a sign so people can do it if they want to

Check menu prices online were very good, until I got to the store. Each sandwich was an average 2 t 3 dollars more and when I asked the staff, they said they didn't know that I would have to talk to the owner. So for those of you who are not aware of this issue you should look into this before you go.

Didn't even order because their employee "Billy" was so incredibly rude. And this was AFTER I'd told him I was going to order 3 sandwiches. I've never had Firehouse subs before and was really looking forward to trying it based on a coworker's recommendation and especially now that the Subway across the street is permanently closed. Oh well, looks like I'll have to find a different one to give my money to.

Poor customer service. Did the “buy 1 get 1” offer online—only got one sub. Firehouse says it’s DoorDash prob, they say Firehouse problem. Called Firehouse, they refuse to refund one or let me pick up other sandwich. Manager Randy did nothing to fix situation—not even an apology.

Me and my wife went in to grab lunch after the gym, she had the steak and cheese, and I had the large meatball, and let me tell you, you guys got the best meatball in the sub game. When I unboxed my sub it was amazing, bread was fresh, the meatballs were so hot and tender, bite after glorious bite I could barely contain the flavors as if Mike Tyson was upper cutting my taste buds with Italian seasoned gloves.as I took the last bite my wife looked at me and said"honey you ate your sub in 6 mins" and laughed.i lost all train of thought as the food coma set in, and for that I thank you firehouse subs, we will be back.

Today was the third time I’ve tried to visit this particular location. Other two times were also one star reviews. Today we stood in the store for eight minutes and still no one took an order. And no one greeted us upon entering the store until we stood in front of them, and stared. They were too busy doing orders that had come in either online or over the phone. This franchise could take a hint from subway, even they know to take an order from a person standing in front of you. There was absolutely nobody in the store. The time before this there were 2 younger gentleman working. We arrived 12 min before close. A couple walked in before us and were turned away. We were also turned away, stating they were closed. As we walked out a family was walking in, you guessed it, they were also turned away. Finally a gentleman pulled in the parking lot to try to order. We advised him they were closed. With 12 minutes to go, 4 orders were lost. It may be a policy to close at a certain time. But I doubt that is 12 min before closing. The first time we attempted to go here was several years ago. I don’t remember what happened but I know it was a negative experience since both this time and the last time a family member suggested this location, I was understandably shocked. We will not waste our time a 4 th time. If it doesn’t go well the 1st 3 times, it just makes us look stupid for trying! With so many places to eat in River play suggest making some changes. I understand. It’s very hard to find good help nowadays. However, proper training and time management is also crucial.
