Check menu prices online were very good, until I got to the store. Each sandwich was an average 2 t 3 dollars more and when I asked the staff, they said they didn't know that I would have to talk to the owner. So for those of you who are not aware of this issue you should look into this before you go.

Didn't even order because their employee "Billy" was so incredibly rude. And this was AFTER I'd told him I was going to order 3 sandwiches. I've never had Firehouse subs before and was really looking forward to trying it based on a coworker's recommendation and especially now that the Subway across the street is permanently closed. Oh well, looks like I'll have to find a different one to give my money to.

Poor customer service. Did the “buy 1 get 1” offer online—only got one sub. Firehouse says it’s DoorDash prob, they say Firehouse problem. Called Firehouse, they refuse to refund one or let me pick up other sandwich. Manager Randy did nothing to fix situation—not even an apology.
Plus they got my very simple order wrong. ?

Me and my wife went in to grab lunch after the gym, she had the steak and cheese, and I had the large meatball, and let me tell you, you guys got the best meatball in the sub game. When I unboxed my sub it was amazing, bread was fresh, the meatballs were so hot and tender, bite after glorious bite I could barely contain the flavors as if Mike Tyson was upper cutting my taste buds with Italian seasoned gloves.as I took the last bite my wife looked at me and said"honey you ate your sub in 6 mins" and laughed.i lost all train of thought as the food coma set in, and for that I thank you firehouse subs, we will be back.

Today was the third time I’ve tried to visit this particular location. Other two times were also one star reviews. Today we stood in the store for eight minutes and still no one took an order. And no one greeted us upon entering the store until we stood in front of them, and stared. They were too busy doing orders that had come in either online or over the phone. This franchise could take a hint from subway, even they know to take an order from a person standing in front of you. There was absolutely nobody in the store. The time before this there were 2 younger gentleman working. We arrived 12 min before close. A couple walked in before us and were turned away. We were also turned away, stating they were closed. As we walked out a family was walking in, you guessed it, they were also turned away. Finally a gentleman pulled in the parking lot to try to order. We advised him they were closed. With 12 minutes to go, 4 orders were lost. It may be a policy to close at a certain time. But I doubt that is 12 min before closing. The first time we attempted to go here was several years ago. I don’t remember what happened but I know it was a negative experience since both this time and the last time a family member suggested this location, I was understandably shocked. We will not waste our time a 4 th time. If it doesn’t go well the 1st 3 times, it just makes us look stupid for trying! With so many places to eat in River play suggest making some changes. I understand. It’s very hard to find good help nowadays. However, proper training and time management is also crucial.

Zero stars if I could. Online ordering never works. So annoyed, we stopped going there. Recently received "we miss you" coupon for 50% off order (online only). What the heck, give em another shot. Same fiasco with online ordering wouldn't acknowledge coupon/discount online. Went into store where they of course wouldn't honor the deal. The counter girl said we can't do that cuz we lose money that way. We said you'll lose money if we don't buy anything , right? She agreed, so we left and called the trouble shoot hotline where the girl acknowledged she saw the deal but couldn't access it either, lol. Pathetic. They "escalated it" whatever that means. In the meantime, our Subway is delicious. Subways online ordering system is a breeze, and Subways online ordering had no problem calculating the buy one get one 50% off online coupon.

Horrible! Ordered a footlong sub on wheat, they gave me white, ordered bacon on that sub, no bacon, ordered it toasted, sandwich was cold, ordered another sandwich with cucumber, no cucumber. Sandwiches are supposed to come with pickle spears, no pickle spears. Called and I advised them that the sandwiches were wrong. I asked if they were that busy that they could not pay attention to what was ordered and the person laughed and said "yeah, we that busy. You're funny bro" Really, that's how you respond to a complaint?! I'm not your "bro" ! I'm a paying customer! No apology! Worst fast food experience ever. Definitely not going back. Apparently they don't value customers or have any work ethic whatsoever.

Had the new Pork Sandwich on Hawaiian Bun and it was excellent. Bun was nice and soft, meat had great taste, sauce/slaw made it. Also had chili first time and was great. Really recommend especially for price.
