Door dashed at this location 1 time got no eye contact from any workers upon arrival they said they just had to make the fries I waited 20 mins for a small fry and a bacon cheeseburger. Ladies moved slower than anything I’ve ever witnessed in service history 🤣🤣

The people that work here cannot speak English. There was a young lady cooking the burgers and could speak English. So, when the other worker couldn't understand people the young lady from the burgers had to come up front. The guy making fries. That's all he did. He couldn't speak English either. The place was very dirty. No ketchup in the counter container. I'll go to a cleaner Five guys from now on. Somewhere , where I'm understood. Just Sad.
I don’t know what is going on at this Five Guys right now, but I just had the best customer service from the employees this evening. They practically chased me out the door to tell me that I forgot my side of hot sauce! Also, they were very inviting and receptive of the customers. And, of course, the food was delicious.

Mobile order says 6-11 mins & I intention waiting an extra 5 mins & walk in they haven’t even starting making my order & had to wait an additional 25 mins. For 2 burgers btw

At Five Guys, I always order their veggie sandwich and Cajun fries, and I'm never disappointed. The veggie sandwich is delicious and fresh, and the Cajun fries are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. These two items are my go-to favorites, and I love them every time. Plus, you can munch on their free serve-yourself peanuts while you wait, and they are delicious.
