God bless you all!Dietary restrictions: The meat is 100% beef and the vegetables are plain so you can get a paleo gluten free grain free dairy free hamburger veggie lettuce wrap! All the toppings are included in the price so you can load up on them and you can get any vegetables grilled as well!

Ordered takeout for a cheeseburger with extra patty and fries. First $20. 2nd, didn't get the extra patty. 3rd, fries were quite good but they didn't provide to go ketchup or mustard and the burger was quite bland. I'm dome with them. Way too much money for mediocre food.

Always fresh. Great evening employees. They are always helpful and nice. Lobby is clean and so are the bathrooms. Burgers are made to order. And fries were steaming hot. The milkshake was nice but they only offer 1 size for the shakes.

I had order a bacon cheeseburger from Uber eats at this location and the first thing was i didn't ask for bbq sauce it was suppose to be mustard and A1 sauce so that kinda of threw me off and second thing was the burger just looked like it was slop together and the bacon was soggy. The other cheeseburger was okay but yeah I was not happy and that will be the last time.

Ordered for pick up from this Five Guys location today(11/27). Simple order, one cheeseburger with tomato, 2 hot dogs, one order fries. Got home, opened it, this is what the burger looked like:I called the store, and the only thing the manager would do was make me a free burger which I had to drive back to the store to pick up. No offer to comp the meal even though I explained that the rest of the meal would be ice cold by the time i got back home. I again made my request in person at the store , but no dice.The manager just didn't care. Thought you might like to know.

Five guys had free toppings and extras on their sandwich's. The peanuts are free if you dine in. The shakes have about 15 toppings/mixing that you can add in for free. They are located in Westgate Shopping Center in Rocky River/Fairview.

This location is in Westgate Shopping Center, Rocky River/Fairview Ohio. I like how Westgate is small enough that you can easily get in and out. The sandwich’s and shakes have free toppings and add ons that other places charge a lot more for. If you eat in there are free peanuts.

Staff didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived. The app tells me 7-12 minutes but it took 42 minutes. What is the point of ordering online. Staff had no clue what they are doing. Paying premium prices for poor service and long wait. Not worth it, go to Wendy’

Staff was inappropriate and didn't maintain professionalism when I arrived to pick up an online order. Food was ok, but I didn't realize ordering from this five guys location would include a side order of harassment from misbehaved employees. Won't be coming back and I recommend anyone reading this to go to a different
