“We came here yesterday for the first time and it was by far the best chicken and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! We also tried the sweet potato and they gave me a sample of the chili which were both very good. I’m super excited to try the other sides in the future. The employees all exuded a good energy and made you feel welcomed which doesn’t always happen when you are out to eat. Overall it was a 10/10 experience!!“

“The food and restaurant were great! The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. They were very dirty and not at all maintained. I felt like I was back at a college bar. There was no soap in the containers, just a hand soap bottle left on the sink that was uncomfortable to even touch. No paper towels, very little toilet paper. The floor was littered. The walls had graffiti. I was so disappointed and the condition made me worry about what the kitchen looked like. For a restaurant in Crocker park, where the prices were high, should not have a restroom that looks like that! It's not like they were too busy to get to it either as there were only two or three tables filled with customers to take care of. Thus will keep me from going to this place again.“

“So I do have a habit of never ever finishing my food. But when the food is right, in taste, quality, and overall experience, I can finish the entire meal. I ate in, and had the secret menu burger that they offer, That I believe is a rotating menu besides the the usual menu. I loved it, ate it all, my sister had the iceburg bun and said it was fresh and crispy. I would recommend this place for something to have as a eat in and enjoy. Price-wise is rather on the top end. ($40 + tip for 2 people , two burgers, fries, and drinks) Michael and the other manager run a clean establishment, and makes sure food is out in your stomach. For the quality and respect you receive, it is very much worth it.“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Firstly, food was great. Secondly, the service was amazing. I wish I could remember his name, but there was a gentlemen who helped me a couple days ago, I asked I'd Avocado was extra and he told me yes, I said nevermind but he insisted on me getting it and even offered to pay for it!!!! “I’ve had their donuts elsewhere, but I had never ordered them for myself. I stopped into this location recently and let the woman at the counter know I had no idea what I was doing. :) She was very friendly, and walked us through each step, which turned out to be incredibly easy. Loved the donuts as always, but also enjoyed going into the store to pick them out myself.“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“My experience here was pretty good, be outside has things to do while you wait such as cornhole, Where's my golf? And they had a beverage stand where you can get coffee or lemonade I.E mocktails. They had sidewalk chalk for the kids to entertain themselves. It is nice inside and has a cute cozy area with a little mini Volkswagen inside, the place is very busy so be prepared to wait at least a half hour. The food was simple. We had pancakes and bacon, a burger with diced potatoes and an everything omelette . The menu has such a variety that you want to try everything. I will go back“

“I came in Friday 9/22/23 at the Subway on brookpark Road by tiedeman. There were two young men who were freaking amazing. They made me smile and gave me great suggestions for the bread and sandwiches . My food was awesome. As soon as I walked in, I could smell fresh yumminess bread! “The taste of the food itself is very good! With that said, the other reviews are correct that portions of some of the items can be a bit small and appear to be more for a garnish than taste
Also, went there like 3 hours before close and they were out of the salmon already with no intention of making more...
As a side note, if you eat here, be careful eating at the table to the right of the door when you walk in. When the sets of doors open, it creates a wind tunnel that hits that table“
