RIP OFF! Stopped for their perch dinner tonight. $30 dollars for 3 of the smallest pieces of perch and a handful of fries. Perch was incredibly dry. Go somewhere else.. public house, flat iron.. etc.

Was excited to finally try gunselmans tonight so we put in a delivery order.
I still have no idea what gunselmans tastes like because none of my food arrived with the rest of the family’s.
They all said theirs was “kinda okay” so that’s the best I can go off I guess.

I ordered the Beast burger. The meat was not cooked correctly, the meat was dry, the tomato was mush and there was 2 tiny onions. I will stick with going to the tavern.

Standards are significantly below main restaurant. Unfortunately they force me to order from this location even though its twice as far from my house, doesn't have my favorite dish (limited menu apparently), and is worse quality. I ordered from Gunselmens tavern all the time before this new forceful policy, now, no more.

This place used to be awesome. But the last few times I've ordered from them, my orders were incorrect and incomplete. The employees obviously were not trained well, if at all. And good luck getting ahold of a manager, because I was told TWO DAYS after leaving a voice message that they don't have any way to listen to messages. I'm pretty sure their fried fish is just the frozen Gorton's fish you buy in the frozen food aisle at the grocery. I'm very disappointed, as I mentioned this place used to be really good. Not anymore.

Have always enjoyed the menu at their main location. Picked up Gunselmans to go in Rocky River, and it was hands down the best take out food we've picked up all year. Parmesan fries were incredible, corned beef spring rolls? Amazing! Each of our main sandwiches were excellent and carefully packaged to travel. We'll be back, two (salty and cheesy) thumbs up! ? ?

First and last time going here. I called to place a pickup order for a cheeseburger (well done) and fries. I received just a plain burger with no LTO even, not cooked to my specified temp. Burger is just unseasoned meat shaped into a patty. Fast food burgers have more taste to them than this. "Award winning burgers"... yeah maybe if you have only eaten from a dumpster for a year before eating here. Avoid at all costs. Harry Buffalo has a cheeseburger that is 4x better than this at the same price.

We had a really positive experience with picking up food from here. Our order was finished quickly. Our food was accurate and the portions were quite generous. Our burgers were perfect and they were kind enough to keep our burger sauce on the side to keep our burgers from getting soggy on our drive home. Despite having a twenty minute drive home, our food was still warm and our fries were still crispy. I also appreciate that they gave us everything we needed for our food including condiments, napkins and silverware without us needing to ask. To top it off, our food was delicious. The hype over Gunselman’s food is well deserved. We look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I just tried it for the first time. The food was ready quickly, they messed up my burger a bit but it was still Delicious. We'll definitely be making it a new Go-To spot.

Gross! Absolutely not the same quality as the Gunselman’s tavern. Save your money. Ordered a burger cooked rare and it was so over cooked I couldn’t even eat it. The order of fries were cold and maybe had a total of 10 fries. If you want quality go to the actual restaurant.

I got the tacos during the taco week and was very disappointed, the quality was surprisingly poor. The food was just bagged up and I had to put it together myself when I got home. I didn't even get any taco shells lol.
