10/10!!! Service was very good even near closing time on a busy Friday night. Highly recommend trying the Tin Lizzy flavor of the month!
The ice cream and price are spectacular. My only complaint.. I’ve been here many times and the workers are usually very rude. Last experience a Blonde older lady served me and she was so rude I almost cried. This was a Wednesday around 8 pm
Had the best experience at Handel's in Rocky River! Staff is super kind and will go above and beyond for you. The ice cream is by far the best in Cleveland. Don’t forget to get a dogster for your pup!
Every time we visit, the staff is consistently polite and hardworking. We always enjoy trying their new flavors when they’re introduced. A special shoutout to Cole for taking such great care of us during our last visit! While we know there’s competition in the area, this will always be our go-to spot whenever we’re craving ice cream.
I have been going to this Handel’s since it opened, and have only experienced the best customer service! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and they offer so many great options in flavors. Easily the best Ice Cream spot around!

The young girl that worked there was incredibly rude and insulting. She told me the flavor I asked for didn't exist even though it is on the website and I've had at other Handel's. Never going back to this location.

The only reason I go to Handel's is for the Cake Batter and Chocolate Cake Batter ice cream. This location has neither of those flavors. Looks like I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
