I was in for a ham after Easter, asked if there were any sales, was told no, spent $92 on a ham - just to find a coupon slipped into my bag for $15 off that could have been applied per the date. I personally think Honey Ham is waaay overpriced, you’re literally over paying for the thick sugar coat - but was willing to set my opinion aside for my hubby who still believes the marketing crap that more expensive is better. I now can confidently not only conclude that their product is not only inferior to Aldi’s much cheaper ham (per all the blind testers in my family), but their customer service sucks. Will I ever be back for another ham or any other product - absolutely not. Enjoy your $15

I just picked up my order and was helped by Alisha and Madison. They were honestly the kindest human beings I have ever met! Top tier customer service, I will absolutely come back JUST because of them!! Please take care of those two girls they are your company’s greatest asset!!

I don't understand why to have a $50.00 gift card but all the hams are over $100.00 and I didn't want all that ham but I did see some small ones but I didn't say anything because I don't like bad business, so I left.

The food is so damn expensive here and has been for years. There quality of ham and turkey has not improved at all. Yet the prices keep going up. I went in to purchase a couple of lunch boxes, some slices of ham, and a small ham. Their smallest ham (1/4 ham) was $70 bucks and change. I walked out of there spending $140.00.

Bought the new carver ham and it's a thicker cut and not as flavorable as the regular. At Easter I prefer ordered to beat the crowd and the walk ins were in and out while pre order was slow.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had never to a Honey Baked Ham Store. It wasn't busy when I was there. The new Turkey pot pie lunch meal was very good. I will definitely be getting this one again.

I wasn't able to try the food because I was told since it was holiday time they weren't making fresh sandwiches and we were to early for the prepackaged.I had just left a procedure and was starving and wanted a sandwich because there's not one close to me.What a let down

I was in yesterday morning around 10:30.The lady working the front counter. I do believe her name is Bambi, Was an absolutely amazing employee. She made two sandwiches for me and suggested a ginger ale as I was having severe stomach pain. When I paid for the items, I asked if there was any way I could tip on the receipt but that was not possible. I felt terrible as I did not have any cash. I left and went to my car and went to my emergency stash which Is only had four dollars and cash. I stepped out of the car and brought it in and gave it to her and she was beyond thankful. She is the epitome of a top employee. She represents your brand and tge customer To a whole nother level. I will be back again and again just because of her and her top star customer service. Not only was she welcoming accommodating and friendly. She truly cares about your customers.My experience was amazing. Thank you bambi! You restored my faith in customer service and humanity. I am a nurse and I work at one of the major hospitals in the area. We will be frequenting your business immediately.
