Bought the new carver ham and it's a thicker cut and not as flavorable as the regular. At Easter I prefer ordered to beat the crowd and the walk ins were in and out while pre order was slow.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had never to a Honey Baked Ham Store. It wasn't busy when I was there. The new Turkey pot pie lunch meal was very good. I will definitely be getting this one again.

I wasn't able to try the food because I was told since it was holiday time they weren't making fresh sandwiches and we were to early for the prepackaged.I had just left a procedure and was starving and wanted a sandwich because there's not one close to me.What a let down

I was in yesterday morning around 10:30.The lady working the front counter. I do believe her name is Bambi, Was an absolutely amazing employee. She made two sandwiches for me and suggested a ginger ale as I was having severe stomach pain. When I paid for the items, I asked if there was any way I could tip on the receipt but that was not possible. I felt terrible as I did not have any cash. I left and went to my car and went to my emergency stash which Is only had four dollars and cash. I stepped out of the car and brought it in and gave it to her and she was beyond thankful. She is the epitome of a top employee. She represents your brand and tge customer To a whole nother level. I will be back again and again just because of her and her top star customer service. Not only was she welcoming accommodating and friendly. She truly cares about your customers.My experience was amazing. Thank you bambi! You restored my faith in customer service and humanity. I am a nurse and I work at one of the major hospitals in the area. We will be frequenting your business immediately.

Picked up 1/4 ham for Thanksgiving on 11/26/24. Took it out of the fridge and let it set for 30 minutes. Opened it up to serve and found it mis-cut. I kept repeating you gotta be kidding me,,…you gotta be kidding me,,1/2” thick slices!, got about 7 normal size slices out of it. 1/2” thick first thin 3 normal slices. 2 1/2” slices then 4 normal slices. One of my guests came running in to the kitchen to see what the commotion was about. You don’t spend $56.21on a ham that’s supposed to be the center piece of your meal! Been going there for the last 12 years and never have had this happen. It was most embarrassing since one of my guests offered to take one of the thick slices. Disappointed in this place. I picked this location because of the service and quality.
Update:
I took the online survey and repeated the same as above. Received a call from Bob. Said he wanted to make it right. Asked me how much my ham was I didn’t know from memory at the time but I told him it was 4.6 lbs. He said he would send me a gift card to make up for the trouble. He asked for my address; gave it to him and he said, “I won’t be in the store tomorrow but when I get back on Wednesday I will send u a gift card. i said ok and thanked him. Hung up and thought, “Was I just demographically profiled and blown off because I live in Cleveland. Why not send it today.” Sure felt that way. As of this post 12/11/24 have not received anything from HBH. Deceiving practices will catch up with them one day. Yes, I will no longer be doing business with HBH. It’s all about the integrity with me

FURIOUS! Paid $80 for a bone in ham, get home and there is little to no glaze. I called the store for the best course of action and was told to bring it back OR GLAZE IT MYSELF. For $80 I think NOT! Went back to have them glaze the ham = inconvenience, and no apology...I've been coming here for years and this is extremely disappointing.

We got smoked turkey sandwiches to go for dinner this evening. The sandwiches were delicious, very fresh and quick. We will definitely be back! Staff is super friendly too.

Just purchased a sandwich at the Rocky River Ohio Store. Plain ham on croissant. Ham was half frozen and the croissant was old and falling apart. For 9.99 per sandwich you can do better then this.

I just had a taste for a turkey sandwich. While it tasted fibe, I am disappointed by the reduced meat portion size for $9! Also, I did not like the roll that it was made on as it fell apart on 1/2 of the sandwich. It was so messy, I just ate the turkey and cheese Ala Carte. It will be a long while before I come back.

Parking: I don't like having to park down the hill from the door.
