Jersey Mike's Subs

Out of 4 sandwiches ordered online only one came out properly. When called to complain and ask for a refund the said they can only give me store credit for my next order and put my name on their board. Why would I go back tto the place that messed up a spelled out online order ? To get my food spit in ? Why could I not get a refund ? I'd even return the wrong sandwiches.

Horrible communication.

Place could use some upbeat employee's. For Rocky river, I expect better. Food was okay.

Not bad if you like sandwiches. It was good to change it and go here for lunch during work week. I think I’ve had catered too many times for work lunches in the past to appreciate it.

The guy working up front is really good. The other girls up front have the worst attitudes. I went thru the line without anyone saying a word to me. I will not be returning. If you don’t like your job. Go somewhere else.

Horrible service at 6:30p on a weds. Walked in an after a few minutes girl came up and ask if I had ordered and seemed clueless. I said no, I am ordering now. I told her what I wanted, she cut my bread and started asking the people in line after me what they wanted. How about finish making my sub before asking others what they want? Then she asked me to move down to the register, without asking me what I wanted on my sub. At that point I decided to walk out. Staff need some direction here.

The service is really bad the guy in the front is really nice and he is very good but the 2 ladies was talking in the back and they didn’t even care about the people standing in the front

Staff is rude and lies directly to you even when you can see otherwise. Messed up my order 2x, never got it right, and then closed without giving me my order.&. Instead gave some stupid complement card. After working a 12 hr shift I wanted food, not a piece of cardboard. Worst restaurant ever. ** 0 stars. **

I got a sandwich that was supposed to not have onions on it.It was really important that it was not on it because I'm allergic.I took a bite of the sandwich and it still had onions on it I'm glad it was big enough that I could clearly see the onions or I would have been sick to my stomach for hours instead of 20 minutes.I never really give reviews less than 4 stars because I don't want to complain about workers trying their best and the fact that I really like Jersey Mike's I was just really upset about this I would have gotten physically sick

Spent over 50 dollars on three sandwiches and they were all wrong left a tip before I got my food big mistake avoid this location till they have an adult working in the evening

The staff isn't very friendly, and it seemed that I was bothering them when ordering 2 subs. There were 6 employees that i could see, yet I stood there with no greeting. My bread was wrong, and the number sandwich I ordered.
