I went there yesterday. The girl asked me what I wanted.i placed an order. She completely ignored me and began making a sandwich for the guy in line behind me. I’ve never had that happen before to me ever. I won’t go back.

Got there near closing, employee was moping the floor with gloves on. When I came in she got behind the counter, picked up my bread without changing her gloves or washing her hands, when I asked if she’s using the same gloves as she was mopping the floor, she said “she can change her gloves”. I said thank you and left. Will not be back at this location.

I thought that I would eat a tasty, light meal as I was been told. Instead I didn't like it much. There was a taste of tuna on a chicken sandwich. I would go to a Subway better than Jersey Mike's Subs. The taste is better, the service has been better at least for me. It was my first time here at Jersey Mike s Sub and I don't think I will come back.

Love this place. The number seven is sooo good. Tried their tuna for the first time. It’s a little watery and not enough Mayo. Hope they fix that.

Got a blt but the B was completely inedible. The bacon is hard enough to break your teeth and they never give you napkins.

Went in for a giant #55 CHICKEN like we did the last 3 times at this location. Quick friendly service as there were several employees bored looking for work. We drove our sub 30 min to the park where we like to picnic. Sat down and opened our sub only to find it made with steak, for the THIRD time. Too far to drive back to this location as I pass it when near family. Very disappointed and after the third time getting our order wrong, we will not be returning. Sucks since the staff is so nice but they clearly don’t pay attention.

Sad Jersey Mike’s location. : ( Usually Jersey Mike’s is great. Today at this location the fountain machine was unhappy, no ice and WARM soda, staff seamed stressed & unhappy too. Sandwich was ok : )

Everytime me or my parents go here everyones sandwiches is messed up or missing stuff that IS on the sandwiches. They need to train their employees again the right way. Tried of spending alot of money and they mess up

Out of 4 sandwiches ordered online only one came out properly. When called to complain and ask for a refund the said they can only give me store credit for my next order and put my name on their board. Why would I go back tto the place that messed up a spelled out online order ? To get my food spit in ? Why could I not get a refund ? I'd even return the wrong sandwiches.
