Absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. Abysmal customer service and horrible quality. Just before Christmas I ordered several types of cookies, kolachky, and bakery rolls on roll from the website. After my order was accepted as complete and charged, the owner wrote back to say that half of them had been "discontinued" even though all the items continued to be listed online. I told her to send the rest and use USPS Priority Mail. After waiting 10 days without receiving them, I contacted the owner. It turned out the package had been sitting in either her shop or the local Post Office because it had not been properly addressed. When the package finally arrived almost 14 days after ordering, the contents were spoiled and disgusting: completely dried-out, brittle, hard, and inedible. I asked the owner for a refund. After procrastinating in answering and fobbing me off, she refused a refund, and my card was charged the entire amount. I have never in my life encountered such cynical incompetence and dishonesty.

We bought 2 nut rolls shipped to Ga I Was very excited to Receive them,we love nut rolls. Their prices were lower than most so we decided to try them ! Unfortunately, they shipped the nut rolls in an (overnight envelope) instead of a box , and they were smashed like a pancake!! Finally got a hold of her. She told me that I had to go through the post office. I don’t know if you’ve ever dealt with the post office but good luck. I don’t know who would ship food in a envelope she claimed she has done this for years. I’m flabbergasted. If it would’ve been me, I would’ve said sir. I’ll just send you out two new ones in a box.!!!

I’m not saying don’t go to this shop - the cookies are amazing, and the design on our order was perfect (aside from the incorrect letter that caused this mess). But the indecency to not take responsibility for a mistake, especially as a business owner, is insane.

We had a clear design miscommunication at our consultation and the end result was not what we ordered. Instead of the employees acknowledging a miscommunication and mistake, we were screamed at.

We understand the incredibly hard work that went into our order. It was a big order and I know it took a lot of time to get done, so I can feel how devastating that is to realize it was messed up.

But the utter disrespect for another human being was appalling. Being blamed for something that could have been easily avoided if the designer had double checked her work is very upsetting.

i was really expecting more given her Facebook posts, kolackes were bigger than expected but very dry and overcooked, most werent pinched enough to stay closed during baking. Blueberry cheesecake was nice once I got past the skin that formed on outside from being refrigerated. Cheesecake and blueberries were

I placed an online order for a Nut Roll and assorted Kolaches, unfortunately they were very dry and I had picked a Kolache up to eat and it had 2 hairs baked into the filling. I found the packing to be odd also. The Kolaches were in a white box with a few pieces of tissue like paper in it, not wrapped so they wouldnt dry out, however The nut roll was wrapped. Just a disappointment all around.

Wow! Kolackes were very flaky and many choices. The special muffin and croissant combination was also very good. Ordered the party tray for an upcoming event. Kathy is very personable and is willing to satisfy her customers needs by allowing for any allergies and special requests.

What a wonderful bakery! Stopped in for some kolaches for my mom. I bought the take n bake kolaches. The sign in store says to try them in air fryer so I did and they are so delicious! I sprinkled with a dash of powdered sugar. We Aldi’s had the pepperoni roll and cinnamon roll. Both were delicious! The butter cookies are also amazing! Everything was super fresh, light and delicious! We will definitely be back soon!

You can never ever go wrong with Kathy's Kolacke's !!! Everything here is homemade and delicious.. all 3 of my kids love the buttery sugar cookies and hubby and I not only love the kolacke but the nut roll and poppy seed roll.. her pumpkin roll is also so yummy..her location is very close to lakewood and in a shopping center on the corner side so parking was a breeze.. I love coming here and will be back

Pasteries were very dry and everything in the shop was under cellophane....weird!I wanted to like but....meh!(Also walked by when they were closed one Saturday afternoon and heard dogs barking inside?)

Pepperoni rolls are always awesome ? Wonderful variety of yummy pastries.
