Not what I expected. I'm used to a kolachi that's made with sour cream dough or similar. These were made with a puff pastry. I'm not even sure if you should call them a kolachi. They were extremely dry. The Danish I ordered, was good though and the other pastries looked good.
Wow! Kolackes were very flaky and many choices. The special muffin and croissant combination was also very good. Ordered the party tray for an upcoming event. Kathy is very personable and is willing to satisfy her customers needs by allowing for any allergies and special requests.
What a wonderful bakery! Stopped in for some kolaches for my mom. I bought the take n bake kolaches. The sign in store says to try them in air fryer so I did and they are so delicious! I sprinkled with a dash of powdered sugar. We Aldi’s had the pepperoni roll and cinnamon roll. Both were delicious! The butter cookies are also amazing! Everything was super fresh, light and delicious! We will definitely be back soon!
