Went to get a cake for my grand daughter's birthday. Such a cute store. Had a sample of their salted Carmel macaron, delicious. Beautifully decorated cakes and cookies. Definitely going back to try other goodies.

As a master baker of 35 years and a bakery owner for 18 years I’ve found my go to cookie place, cookies are fantastic, I never thought I could find a cookie that tastes this good and the icing is fabulous. Definitely will be back for more. Store is clean and the staff is friendly and courteous.

The BEST bakery in Cleveland! I get all of my cakes from here! I live in Cincinnati - but I make sure to stop in here whenever I’m in town. They have made the most magical cakes for me including my wedding and baby shower/ gender reveal cake. Not only are their cakes STUNNING but they taste divine. I have had multiple tell me at my functions “it was the best cake they’ve ever had” I HIGHLY recommend their almond cake with blackberry butter cream. Allison went above and beyond to make the AI cake that I found on Pinterest come to life. She listened to every single detail that I described and the team executed absolute perfection!

We’re not even cake people really, but the cake we got for our January wedding day was so delicious!!! I have gone to this location for years for their macarons and other desserts, and the cake we ordered from them (Maple Cake with Chocolate Fudge) is just as amazing. We also love how they were able to match our wedding colors perfectly. Having this cake was one of my favorite parts of the reception.

I paid for 6 different cupcakes my first time being there. Was horrible the young lady told me they were short on things as well as my cupcakes was not cooked all the way through only thing that was good was the frosting the cupcakes themselves were mushy and not fully done I ended up throwing them out because seemed like we're half baked.

While I absolutely love Kelsey Elizabeth and enjoy all the holiday cookies I think some things need some improvement. I hate to sound like a Karen when I go in there but if I am paying $6.50 PER COOKIE can we please not stack them directly onto one another so they are completely ruined by the time I get to where I’m going and now I have smushed cookies with no proper design. This is very frustrating. So now when I go in I have to always ask can the cookies please be laid flat and not on top of one another? Idk why that is not common sense but please stop stacking the cookies. I’ve gotten my birthday desserts here, come in at least once a week. I’m just asking that my $50 order be packed in a way that doesn’t damage the items. The staff seems to be annoyed by this request but I’m unsure why? If you bought them you would request the same thing…or not request it and it simply being something you’d expect to happen.

Not only is this space clean, beautiful, and welcoming, but the team goes above and beyond to make every customer feel special. My grandmother turned 70 on November 1st, and she loves bingo and slot machines. She’s never had a birthday cake or party before, so this celebration meant the world to us. I shared her story with the team, and they truly understood the assignment.

They walked me through topper options, asked about design ideas, and took full creative control after I showed them the theme. When the original color didn’t complement the toppers I’d chosen, they professionally suggested an alternative. I’m so glad they did! I picked up the cake on Halloween, and all the ladies were excited to show me their beautiful work. It was honestly one of the most stunning cakes I’ve ever seen. I even got to thank the cake designer personally for her artistry and attention to detail.

Even on a busy day, their pick-up process was smooth and clearly organized with labeled signs. My grandmother absolutely loved her German chocolate cake. I’ve never been a fan of German chocolate myself, but this cake changed my mind. It was moist, rich, and perfectly balanced. My mom, who also loves German chocolate, has her birthday on Veterans Day, so I ordered cupcakes from Kelsey Elizabeth’s for her too. When I placed the order, they remembered me and asked how my grandmother enjoyed her cake. That kind of thoughtfulness and genuine care is rare.

My mom adored her cupcakes just as much as my grandmother loved her cake. The quality, flavor, and presentation were all exceptional. This team is not only talented but also kind, professional, and affordable for any special event. I’ve already recommended them to several people because they truly helped make two incredible women in my life feel celebrated and loved.
