I discovered this place in 2021 and I don't live on the west side, so I rarely make it out this way. But just recently picked up some cupcakes and macaroons for dessert for myself and husband. Delish! A tiny bit rich in flavor, but really good. Every time I've visited over the years, the staff is kind and I have a good experience. Would recommend.

Best baked goods in the Cleveland area!!! Everything is seriously delicious!!!

Staff was unfriendly and the assortment of pastries I bought all tasted like the exact same sugar cubes. I understand this is a sweets shop but the over powering punch in the face with sugar was very overwhelming and took place of the actual treat it was supposed to be. Very cute shop. Needs staff to work on customer service as they were unfriendly and made the experience unwelcoming.

Went there for the first time, usually will go to the rocky river or Avon location the young blonde employee was very rude. Not welcoming we purchased 4 cupcakes that she held the box in her hand at check out I went to grab the box which she literally pulled her hand back with the box until payment went through. It felt like she thought I was there to steal 4 cupcakes? Idk will never return to this location highly recommend the other locations

Sweet treats are a work of art to behold and delicious to enjoy! We chose Kelsey Elizabeth to make our wedding cake and we go to their Rocky River shop for all our personal dessert cravings and bringing treats to parties. Wonderful shop, workers and baked goods!

Awesome bakery and deserts! I don’t know if some of the other reviews are fake and people just trying to make other peoples lives and businesses go bad, or just drama, but I have never had any issues with this place, or the food! Great service

Picked up cake at 11am (party at 2)
when I Had gotten home with the cake, we noticed their was quiet a bit of green smeared in the white .
I had called to address this , and was told only resolution was to come back in and have the baker fix it . (20 min drive there/back x2)
(I inquired about a particular refund , this cake was $80… and I am P***** it looks like a Walmart cake )

Even after it was “fixed” it was very sloppy , but in a pinch for time I accepted the cake cause I didn’t get home until 1….

The best tasting macarons I have ever tried. I just love all the flavors. Customer service was amazing! I wish I could remember the staff members name. She was so lovely and patient. I highly recommend!

I'm extremely confused by the recent negative reviews. It almost feels like some bakery business drama that I've happened upon, because both the baked goods and service were great!

Cakes were moist and soft, not too sweet at all and very fluffy. Easy to tell flavors apart.

Edible cookie dough was actually edible (AKA, pleasant to eat) , which is saying a lot since I've struck out on edible cookie dough a ton.

And the workers were all very attentive and pleasant! I guess all this to say go yourself to make your own decisions, because I genuinely have no complaints. Thank you!

I pre-ordered 2 pints of Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. When I picked up the pints they had no labels on them to indicate they were gluten free but the woman at the store reassured me they made them special for my order, which I trusted. Then I got home and put them in the fridge, when I went to bake them later the dough was rock solid (I was told the dough was never frozen) and I let it sit on the counter for 30min then still had to cut the dough with a knife to separate it out. It was very hard to form cookies and they never actually baked even with multiple minutes past the max bake time on the instructions. They were incredibly flat and raw. It also appeared they had either peanut butter or butterscotch chips in the dough as well - which was not what I ordered (turns out it was toffee?). I ended up throwing the cookies away because I did not feel comfortable serving them at my event. I called Dara the retail manager and she was apologetic but never offered any resolution or refund and said that’s just how their dough is and I probably needed to bake them longer. I would not recommend buying anything from them because you just don’t know what they are actually putting in the baked goods, not worth getting others sick.

Well Kelsey has officially gotten too big for her britches. I walked in and 4 employees were there. Someone said hello, I think, then nothing. No one waiting on me. The gal at the counter actually had her back to me the entire time I waited. The 3 others were talking to one another and also didn't ask if I needed anything. I then walked out. I needed 3 doz macarons. It wasn't a small order. But no could be bothered. Really disappointing and now I will go to Lakewood to KB Confections. You guys, there were 4 emoyees and 1 customer!!! That's just bananas and bad business. Sorry Kelsey, not enough cute pink stuff to fix this one.

I’m not sure why I never thought to write a review after an experience last year, though after reading additional reviews about the customer service, I see it wasn’t just me. VERY long story aside, it seems that KE is not open to receiving feedback and for a customer-facing retail establishment, you may just want to pretend to care and put on a better customer-service-face in the moment. Save the badmouthing for your closed staff meeting.
