Really disappointed. I will never order again. You pay a lot of money and they cannot make the cake you want. First I asked them for a cake topper and they told me to buy it online. I kept the cake in the fridge and less than an hour the cakes was cracking. I sent an email and they didn’t even respond.

Stopped by on my way to get a massage, having seen this location a few times in route. It's a beautiful bakery, well-appointed. The team was welcoming and very pleasant. I purchased a cookie, cupcake and macaroons. The salted chocolate chip cookie was AMAZING - the texture was perfect! They place your items on gold trays as you select them, then place them in a pink box and to my surprise, your receipt is printed on pink paper. All very nice touches, appropriate for the atmosphere.

when I went in to order one of them was so rude and made me feel like an inconvenience because I asked her to label the flavors (which I asked very nicely because I knew it was a big favor). even then they only labeled some of them. instead she told me to write the flavors because it would be easier. I don’t ever write reviews and honestly I feel bad writing this one because the other workers were so nice. there was no one else in the shop so it wasn’t like I was in there during their rush hour. just very disappointed with the customer service.

I was up in Cleveland for work in 2021 and came across your bakery at the recommendation of a coworker while looking for macarons. I brought them home (I live in Columbus) and my wife was HOOKED!! They have been her favorite ever since, so I drove up this morning and snagged 3 dozen, some for her and some for her friend. Let me just say that my wife and her best friend, who went to Paris this year, said these are the best macarons they've ever had!!! Hands. Down!! I also took a chance on some cupcakes for my Mother-in-Grace and she was equally impressed. Best Cupcakes she's ever had!! Long story short... We need a Kelsey Elizabeth's in Columbus!!! If you're local, make sure you check them out.

We were in Cleveland for the first time for a wedding and I knew I HAD to stop by Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes. I have been an Instagram follower for many years and wasn't sure I would ever have a reason to come to Cleveland since we live in the South and was so excited to finally get a chance to try it! It was the highlight of my trip! : D I bought a big variety of all the treats to try everything in case I never get back and it was truly all delicious and very worth the hype! The cookie sandwich filled with cookie dough filling was my very favorite, but the Oreo sandwich was also notable. As was the deliciously moist cupcake with just the right amount of sweetness! Can't go wrong here! Wish I could go back all the time!!Also the employees were very friendly and efficient!

I’m not exactly sure what sorcery is going on behind the scenes but these are the best macarons, birthday cakes and bakery goods I’ve ever had. The cake pops are to DIE for, macarons are soft and that buttercream is out of this world. Had the pleasure of having the sugar cookie birthday cake from here this weekend and needless to say I’m going to be coming out of this weekend a couple lbs heavier. You can tell these bakery goods are made with serious love and will always be my favorite dessert place!
