Went there yesterday afternoon. Food was delicious. Best ribs I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant. Service was great. This will be my go to place for Chinese food from now on.

Everyone is always insanely nice and the food is FANTASTIC. My family has been going to Dragon Towers for longer than I’ve been alive and it’s always a lovely experience there, and recently we went to go on a day they were closed. So, we decided to try King Wah. I was kind of shocked at how nice of a place it is. Fancy, even. Or at least to me anyway. The people were very friendly and jovial, the food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Funnily enough later on my birthday we tried to go to Dragon Towers and yet again we forgot they’re closed on Mondays and yet again just went to King Wah and oh my god I LOVE YOUR FOOD!!!!! I’ve been searching for a place that has really soft delicious bao and I didn’t realize it’s been right across the street from me.

Wanted to substitute fried rice for white rice( willing to pay the difference) but they said they could not do any substitutions. Wanted this for takeout. Used to go there frequently take out & dine on - - but no more
Response to King Wah’s reply: It’s a shame that you don’t care about your customers. I’ve never, ever had a Chinese restaurant refuse a substitution. Sounds like you are scolding someone. Glad there are other Chinese restaurants.

King Wah is an excellent spot for delicious food at reasonable prices. Every dish was full of flavor, and the portions were generous. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Chinese food and a welcoming atmosphere!

This is the only Chinese restaurant in the area worth eating at. Everything we've ordered from here has been phenomenal. And we've never had any missing items when ordering take out.

Amazing dine-in Chinese restaurant. The soup dumplings are really good. The szechuan peppercorn fried chicken hits all the marks. It's crispy, spicy, salty, and delicious. It is one of my favorite dishes. The lemon fish is really worth trying as well.

Waitress could of been more professional considering this was my first time dining at this establishment. After I told her this was my first time she wasn't pleasant

This is the third time King Wah food has disappointed us. Both the vegetable pan fried noodles and the cashew tofu were swimming in a brown broth - not the expected coating of light stir-fry sauce. All of the vegetables had been overcooked to mush.
The staff are very friendly, but we won't be ordering here again. We've learned our lesson.

There's nothing on the menu for less than $20.
Walked in on a whim, because google said theres stuff on the menu for 10-20 dollars (lie), was there for just long enough to drink the water I was given, before being rudely told I had to leave by my server. I didn't want to be there after I saw the outrageous menu prices. I was just drinking my water.
Calm down there were plenty of open tables. I didn't walk in to scam your restuarant of a water. And even if i did who cares?
Btw, King Wah is hard to find because King Wah looks like someone peeled the outside of the restuarant off and theres no signage facing the main street. The people running the show are really smart for that one.
In downtown cleveland and downtown lakewood you can get asian food for around $12. Lj shanghai comes to mind as a strictly superior alternative to this place. So the prices at lg shanghai being +67 percent is insanity.

We traveled across town to try something new and what a pleasant surprise. From the appetizers (lettuce wraps, sue mai, soup dumplings) to the delicious main entrees (crispy honey beef, shrimp pad thai, curry penang crispy duck). It was all delicious! Randy the manager stopped by and we told how much we appreciated the great service and food. We will be back sonce
