Gave the place 3 different chances. Each time the food itself was slop. Thrown together fast, hardly any toppings, greasy, looks like it's been sitting for hours and hours. The girl at the counter was RUDE. I'll never go back. I'll drive to North Olmsted or Elyria little caesars before this place again.

The entire delivery was a mess!! So I called to get the order fixed. One pizza burnt, one pizza UNDERCOOKED WITH NO SAUCE. The breadsticks cold.. that was my whole order!! $30 non edible food! The manager told us they would NOT help us because we used Door Dash to deliver it. I asked him 1) to replace the order and I can bring in the messed up order, or 2) give me a credit for a next order or 3) even just give me my money back and I will deliver the pizza back to them.They told us they did not care, to contact door dash about it, and they were hanging up. I told them door dash did not cook my pizza, they did. It was a recorded phone call and we told them that too... this is not okay.What am I suppose to do with inedible food and out $30.. still need to find dinner for the family.The manager was very hostile and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL which is proven by the recorded call.. the food has been taken a picture, one pizza crust STILL stretchy.. then one burnt.. the cold, to hard bread sticks.. HOW DO ALL THESE EXTREME variances happen IN ONE ORDER.Booo booooo boo!!! To the customer service of the staff especially the manager!! A family without dinner but still out $30 in a time with COVID where money is so tight and this was a huge special thing for us to order pizza we can’t eat it but did lose the money that is tight in these times. Shame.

Go to the one in Lakewood - Lakewood charges $3.50 for a Crazy Bread Combo (breadsticks and sauce) while Rocky River charges $3.50 for breadsticks and and additional 99¢ for the sauce.

I do not post things like this but this needs to be said. I’m not sure if the workers there will see this but I just want to acknowledge their hard work today. Seems as if they were really busy and just as any other place there’s always a rude person who isn’t satisfied with just about anything. This man acted extremely poorly, slamming down a pizza,!cussing at the employees stating they need to work faster and screaming how he wasted his gas to drive back over a sloppy incorrect pizza. Whether that was true or not the way he handled the situation was completely inappropriate, especially in front of other customers. This is a very hard time for anyone who is working, the last thing they need is someone telling them they need to work harder when it’s clearly busy.
My favorite pizza. Always perfect. Pricing is great.

The employees are not wearing masks or gloves. I asked why and I was told that the corporate office doesn't require them to wear them. I called the corporate office in Detroit and I was told that they are supposed to be wearing them. I also called the Cuyahoga County Health Department and I was told the same thing. The owner must not care about the customers.

I live nearby so pass this restaurant probably 6 times a day. Always an employee sitting on the ground chain smoking in plain sight. Pretty nasty knowing they are going to be immediately handling food and very unprofessional. Also don't understand the girl that stands on the curb with a sign and dances / harasses cars at the light. It's weird- and is scaring people if anything.
