Booked the Gondola for a date night & it was a fun experience! It was nice to have our own little piece of ‘Vail' in Cleveland. They added a little space heater and 4 blankets (one for each person in the gondola). Overall, it was a fun experience and a different way to have a meal. Invited another couple to join us and the space still didn't feel to cramped! Downside - as a vegan they didn't have the Vegan gyro meat to make the wrap and the Brussels are labeled as vegan - but they are made in a shared fryer - so they are not vegan.
We had brunch in the gondolas for a fun winter experience. It was great - they provide heaters and blankets to keep warm. Our server Christian was awesome! We loved all the food - hummus, buffalo dip, Brussels sprouts, chicken paprikas soup, cranberry chicken, fish & chips and market breakfast. We tried some of everything and had plenty to take home. Highly recommend and we will be back!
This is a wonderful place. The food is always excellent. Service has always been great. They also have great brunches on special occasions (holidays)

Unprofessional and unaccommodating. Very disappointed in the service on a slow night.

We dined in one of the gondolas this past Saturday afternoon. The idea is cute, the execution is just okay. I read another review that there is a blue tooth speaker? If so, we were not told about it and we made the comment that it could've used some music in there! There were 3 of us; would definitely not have wanted a 4th person, as it was pretty confining! There were two heaters... one didn't work ... but that was okay, because it got rather toasty very fast, stuffy even... we cracked the door a bit and it was fine. Also, be aware that you will be dining in very close proximity to the parking lot and cars will be backing out of spaces within feet of the gondola (lol). The service was good... the food was average/decent; nothing bad, nothing great... the sweet potato fries were a weird chewy texture and kinda cold but other than that everything was okay/bar food. We waited at the bar and grabbed a drink beforehand, which was the best part of the vist. There is a great seasonal drink menu and very attentive and nice bartender! I would possibly try this restaurant again, but do not recommend the gondola experience.
We had a reservation, specifically requesting a low-top table. They did not have a low-top available, and they did not have appropriate booster seats for babies (even though we stated we had a baby in the party). They gave us a booster seat that that was extremely UNSAFE, unstable with no straps to hold to the chair or to hold the baby inside. The waitress seemed unhappy to be there. One person in our party ordered eggs benedict, and the English muffin was not toasted. Multiple of us got hot coffee, and they provided creamer in single-serve cups (sparingly). The breakfast sandwich was delicious though! The chicken and waffles were served without syrup. Overall, it was overpriced for the experience, I wouldn’t seek this place out again.

We had an amazing time. The food was wonderful. The ambiance was lovely. And our wait staff was superb. We will definitely be back!
We went for the gondola experience. That was unique and fun. Some areas for improvement have two blankets for each couple, there was only one. The one candle and twinkle lights is not enough to read the menu or even see your food. The food was meh. My chicken paprikash. soup was good but the smallest bowl of soup ever for the price. The waitress warned me but could not believe how actually small it was. My husband fish and chips were rubbery and just plain bad. Everything was cold. I lnow we were outside but it was cold the minute it was brought out. They were also out of 1/2 the things we attempted to order. This is a one and done for us.
The brunch menu at Market is one of the best. Enough variety to choose from and the ambiance is nice. My favorite, the Avacado toast!
The experience itself is a must visit the only problem me and my guest had was the ski gondola being cold the space heater kept cutting off it should be heated before arrival other than that the experience was great and food ..... must know the deposit for the gondola is basically the gratuity

The gondolas were really cool and unique, each came with its own heater, speaker, blankets and pillows. It was nice to be able to have control over the music and volume as well has the temperature of our gondola. The food and drink were delicious, definitely would recommend the short ribs and chicken paprikash soup the only issue we had was 2 people in our party ordered the winter spritz and the description on the menu didn't match what they received. The group felt that it was a menu misprint as the drink received was definitely a spritz but what was written on the menu didn't sound like one.
Went for New Year's Day brunch (2 people) - $40 per person buffet. Server eventually came over and gave us water glasses, explained that it was serve yourself, and pointed us to the self serve water station to get refills ourselves. Food was fine, server totally MIA. Waited for 30 minutes for her to bring the check. Check included AUTOMATIC 20% “large party” gratuity was added and the server prompted for an additional tip compounded on the new total.
Awesome private gondola for date night!
